Just a short walk from the apartment are the famous Colourful Stairs, a popular photography spot and a distinctive example of local street art. Also nearby, approximately a 30-minute walk away, is Wojciech Bednarski Park, one of the oldest and most picturesque parks in Kraków. It is an excellent place for a morning jog, relaxation surrounded by nature or a family picnic. The park features shaded pathways and scenic viewpoints offering beautiful panoramas of the city and the Vistula River.

Just one kilometre from the apartment is the Allied Airmen's Boulevard, a picturesque promenade along the Vistula River, perfect for walking and cycling. While strolling along the boulevard, visitors can admire views of Kraków's historic centre and Wawel Castle, rent a bicycle or enjoy a boat trip along the river. During the summer months, the boulevards come alive with walkers, street performers and charming outdoor cafés.

The apartment is also located approximately a 15-minute walk from Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory Museum and MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art, two of Kraków's most popular cultural attractions. The historic Kazimierz district, renowned for its unique atmosphere, numerous restaurants, cafés and rich history, can also be reached in approximately 30 minutes on foot.

Podgórze benefits from excellent transport connections to the rest of the city. Bus and tram stops located close to the apartment provide convenient access to the Main Market Square and other key attractions in Kraków. Kraków Zabłocie railway station is also nearby, offering convenient connections to surrounding towns and Kraków-Balice Airport.

Portowa 45 by The River Apartment is a stylishly furnished apartment featuring a living room with a sofa bed, two convertible armchairs and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom and a spacious balcony where guests can relax while enjoying their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
