The apartment is just a 25-minute walk from PGE Narodowy, Poland's largest stadium, which hosts major sporting events, concerts, exhibitions, and entertainment shows throughout the year. Visitors can also join guided stadium tours, including access to the pitch, players' changing rooms, VIP areas, and behind-the-scenes attractions.

The famous Nowy Świat Street can be reached in just 20 minutes by tram. One of Warsaw's most iconic streets, it combines historic architecture with modern cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and shops, making it a favourite destination for both locals and tourists. A short walk away are many of the city's top attractions, including Krakowskie Przedmieście, the Old Town with the Royal Castle, the National Museum, and the Palace of Culture and Science, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of Warsaw from the observation terrace.

The apartment is surrounded by green spaces, including Skaryszewski Park and Kamionkowskie Błonia Elekcyjne, offering walking and cycling paths, jogging routes, and outdoor fitness facilities. The neighbourhood also features numerous shops, restaurants, cafés, service points, and entertainment venues.

Excellent public transport connections make it easy to explore the city, with nearby bus and tram stops (Lubelska and Bliska), the Stadion Narodowy metro station, and Warszawa Stadion railway station.

The studio features a cosy and stylish living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
