It is directly adjacent to the Royal Lazienki Park and close to Morskie Oko Park and Agrykola Park, neighboring numerous embassies (including those of the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, and others). This is a unique combination of a central location, perfectly connected with the rest of Warsaw, and a quiet, green retreat among parks, embassies, walking paths, cycling routes, historic streets, and charming restaurants.

The Royal Lazienki Park is known for its exceptional architecture, beautiful gardens, and rich history, evidenced by numerous monuments such as the Palace on the Isle, the Old Orangery, the White House, and the Theatre on the Water. One of the most characteristic events held in the park are the summer Chopin concerts. They take place every year from May to September, attracting both Warsaw residents and tourists from around the world. These concerts are organized every Sunday at 12:00 and 16:00 near the Fryderyk Chopin monument.

Near the apartment, there is also the Czerniakowski Canal and the Vistula River. One of the key elements of Warsaw’s riverfront are the Vistula Boulevards.
