Piotrkowska Deluxe Studio is a charming apartment located in the historic Dawid Szmulewicz Tenement House, situated in the very heart of Łódź, with a direct view of Piotrkowska Street—the longest pedestrian street in Europe. The courtyard at Piotrkowska 37, featuring a beautiful fountain, has been acclaimed as the most stunning courtyard in Łódź, while the building itself is a meticulously restored gem that reflects the spirit of the city’s industrial heritage. The original hallway floors, carefully preserved window and door woodwork, and ornate steel-and-wooden staircases evoke inspiration. From the apartment’s over-three-meter Venetian window, you can admire the bustling main artery of the city while resting on the original 19th-century windowsill.

Piotrkowska Street is Poland’s most iconic and historical promenade, buzzing with life and unique atmosphere. A plethora of restaurants (including legendary Polish dumplings just downstairs), cafes (we recommend nearby Owoce i Warzywa), unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs are right at your feet. The street is also the epicenter of cultural events and celebrations, hosting concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic performances that draw locals and tourists alike.

Piotrkowska is renowned for its vibrant nightlife; in the evening, as numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come alive, it becomes the entertainment hub for residents and visitors. Nearby attractions include EC1 (the city’s first power plant, now a landmark building), the Museum of the City of Łódź in the historic Poznański Palace, and the Grand Theatre.
