Positive: Ładne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji (wszędzie bardzo łatwo dojechać). Zdjęcia i opis adekwatne do rzeczywistości. Apartament był czysty i przygotowany na mój pobyt. Kontakt z Gospodarzem świetny ;) Negative: No comment

Маленька квартирка, але чиста і комфортна для ночівлі. Рушники, одноразові шампуні. Чай, кава, вода. - все необхідне є. З мінусів: Погано набирається вода в туалеті і дуже довго, постійні звуки від сантехніки (чи то насос, чи то вода набирається). В мене чутливий сон - просиналася через це. На дві ночі залишили лише по одній каві та чаю на людину, я думаю, треба враховувати скільки часу люди залишаються у вас і класти це згідно кількості днів. В цілому, все ок. Рекомендую. Ціна - якість.

Positive: Comfort Studio na alei Jana Pawła II, spełniło moje wszelkie oczekiwania. Przyjeżdżam do Warszawy, regularnie, raczej na krótko, są to podróże służbowe. Wymagam apartamentu, który byłby idealny do wypoczynku, elegancki, dobrze usytuowany. „Comfort” spełnia wszystkie te warunki. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko dworca, głównych arterii. Doskonały kontakt z zarządcą (musiałem wyjaśnić jeden problem), bardzo wygodne łóżka, piękny widok z okna, z szóstego piętra, na nowoczesną, piękną Warszawę. Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku: szybki wifi, podstawowe środki higieniczne, przyjemne drobne upominki. Mieszkanie jest ciche, bardzo czyste, schludne, a cena – jak na taki standard – wyjątkowo przystępna. Ponieważ wiem, że w najbliższym czasie czekają mnie kolejne podróże do Warszawy, na pewno będę chciał korzystać już tylko z tego apartamentu. Zazwyczaj jestem dosyć wybredny, rzadko też zostawiam komentarze, tym razem jednak poczułem, że powinienem napisać kilka serdecznych sów. Na zewnątrz deszcz i zimno, a w środku mieszkanka czułem się tak dobrze, tak przytulnie. Serdecznie polecam wszystkim Comfort Studio w samym centrum Warszawy. Negative: No comment

Positive: - Negative: Since the first day I had issues with entering the apartment since instructions were unclear about opening the outside door. I entered the apartment after almost 2 hours in the cold with help from a stranger and even then by pure luck! Next day I had an issue again, the code didn't work for the outside door, so I called many times and after at least 1 hour outside again they could not help and their solution was '' ask for a neighbor to open the door for you and tomorrow we will fix it'', a solution I would call at least embarrassing... So my options were to go out and risk staying outside my apartment or find a way to get in and stay inside like a prisoner! I chose the latter since it was freezing outside.... Next day noone conducted me to see what happened, as if the issue would resolve itself! I called two times waiting on hold but noone answered and the calls were automatically canceled after some minutes. I still could not open the door and I went out only if necessary and then i hoped someone would let me in. I e-mailed them asking for help again or for a reimbursement if they cannot help me and of course they stopped responding. So, finally, I had to leave the apartment...
