Polecam to miejsce, zawsze czysto, jasne instrukcje zameldowania. Najbardziej podobała mi się okolica, ze względu na bliskość przystanków tramwajowych oraz metra. Galeria 2 minuty od budynku. W okolicy można znaleźć dobre restauracje. Na pewno będę wracać.

Reminder: They only provide toilet paper and hygiene products for the first night. It was public holiday that supermarkets were closed and we couldn't buy toilet papers for the next two days. The room is quite nice, except the sofa bed was dirty. Well-equipped kitchen for simple cooking.

Positive: Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanko na Pradze. Znajduje się w starej kamienicy, na parterze,.ogrodzone i strzeżone wejście z portierem. Bardzo dogodny dojazd tuż przy metrze, jest cicho, ponieważ okna znajdują się od podwórka. Cały kompleks apartamentów ma wspólny korytarz i jest gustownie urządzony. mieszkanko sterylnie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Negative: Trochę źle ustawione meble, bo tv znajduje się za głową łóżka, może można by przearanżować, ale to detal.

Wygodnie ale głośno :)
Positive: Bardzo wygodny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Negative: Niestety jeśli chcesz się wyspać lub popracować w ciszy to to nie jest odpowiednie miejsce. Co chwilę w nocy wraca ktoś do mieszkań obok - wspólna klatka. Słychać bardzo każdy dźwięk z pokoi obok a ludzie niestety jak przyjeżdżają poimprezować nie zawracają uwagi na innych. Głośne rozmowy, muzyka do rana, śmiechy, krzyki :/ bez porządnych zatyczek do uszu ciężko.

Positive: Pěkný čistý apartmán. Na pár dní úplně v pohodě. Blízko metra a zastávky autobusů. Hned vedle velký obchodní dům. Negative: V koupelně chyběla polička a věšáky na ručníky. Trochu horší popis, jak se dostat do apartmánu (přímo v areálu ubytování). Museli jsme hledat, pomohl nám vrátný u brány.

This place was nicely located with extremely accessible public transport (metro and tram right outside flat), and was convenient for a weekend stay. However, it is obvious this is a flat purely converted into a cheap airbnb. The cooktop is just a portable hob which was an interesting choice. The doors wouldn't close properly. It isn't much of a problem, I just feel a little bit uncomfortable knowing that the apartment was purely just a place used to make money, because it clearly isn't a liveable space for an extended period of time. One concern I had was that when I arrived, the place was not cleaned. I came after the check in time, and it was dirty from the previous guest. Thankfully, the people working for the company that hosts the flat responded quickly, and an hour later it was clean. However, it works for short stays. The shower is also very nice and the flat has good heating.

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour un séjour de trois jours et demi à Varsovie. Le logement est très bien situé près des transports métro tramway bus, ce qui permet d’accéder au centre de Varsovie en 10 minutes, et un peu plus loin comme par exemple pour visiter le musée de l’insurrection à 20 minutes. Le logement est dans une résidence protégée surveillée par des gardiens qui est très calme. Les explications sont précises pour vous permettre d’accéder facilement. Le logement est bien agencé, propre, fonctionnel. Refait à neuf il a même un certain charme. Le seul défaut réside dans le fait qu’il n’y a peu de rideaux pour cacher la lumière. Comme nous y avons été en automne le jour n’était pas très clair donc ça allait le matin. Mais par exemple la nuit des lumières s’allument dans la cour quand quelqu’un rentre et cela illumine l’appartement, si vous avez un sommeil léger comme moi cela peut vous réveiller par intermittence pendant la nuit.

Great place with everything you might need, but my stay was stained by a cleaning incident.
Positive: It was a very aesthetic and nice place in a very good location, I loved the architecture of the building, as well as the interior design. All the amenities were very nice, and apartment had everything I needed. If not for an incident that stained my stay there, it was a really amazing place, and after an actual cleaning, very clean as well. Sadly, the incident strongly influences my rating of it. Negative: As mentioned, my stay there had a "little" hiccup - upon arriving (around 6PM), it turned out that the apartment wasn't cleaned up after previous guests - I'm talking night club flyers, dirty towels, sheets and filth all over the place. I was devastated, tried to get in touch with hosts, but no one was picking up the phone. Finally, after about an hour, I managed to get in touch with the hotline - the woman working there was extremely worried for my comfort and I know she tried her best to help, but her resources were limited. Gradually, I was offered cleaning on the same day (which didn't work out), other apartments (that were very far away, and it was getting very late), full refund and booking cancellation (I wouldn't have a place to sleep), or cleaning on the next day. Circumstances forced me into the last option, so I had to spend the first night in a dirty apartment, which was very, very uncomfortable and frankly, just disgusting. The woman from a hotline offered me a partial refund (for which, by the way, I had to remind the company a few times and wait a little long), but anyhow, I'd like to thank her for dedication in trying to solve this incident best she could.

Overall, would recommend for 1-2 people.
Positive: The flat is new and very clean, the location is great, different transport in 2-3 minutes away, big shopping center around the corner and one of the train stations as well. Also, the flat was really warm (and it’s on the ground floor). Negative: I would add open storage space to the bathroom, coat hanger near the door and light curtain on the window for a bit more privacy :)
