Old Praga Garden Apartment is located in a pre-war tenement house built in 1936. The tenement house survived the war and was restored in 2022, with care taken to preserve as much of the original details as possible, including the preservation of the original staircase. At the back of the building, before the war, there was a liquor factory - the "Reduta" Vodka and Liqueur Factory of Waclaw Lacki. The tenement house is listed in the municipal register of monuments of the city of Warsaw. It is located near the Praski Park. In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of stores, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues. Nearby is the Praga Koneser Center, the Little Warsaw Theatre, the Praga Centrum concert hall, a shopping center (C.H. Wilenska), the National Stadium and the Municipal Zoo.
