    Für uns als Familie mit zwei Teenagern war die Lage hervorragend...17 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und sehr gute Anbindung mit ÖPNV. Ein sehr kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich quasi im Haus, großer Supermarkt ca 6 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sicher. Extravagantes Highlight ist eine bequeme Nestschaukel. Die Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa ist okay, allerdings für längere Aufenthalte möglicherweise ungeeignet. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

    Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying in this modern and light apartment. The modern decor and well-designed layoat create a comfortable and inviting living space. Apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Apartment locates in area with a good transportation links and has two big product stores near, and it will take just 30 minutes by foot to get to the Old city. I highly recommend this apartment to fellow travellers and would gladly stay here again in the future. Negative: No comment

  21. Przyjemne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Wrażenie zepsuło kiepskie sprzątanie i remont za ścianą

    Positive: Bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Lokalizacja na plus - kilka minut piechotą od metra, tramwaju i autobusu. W pobliżu sklepy (m.in. Lidl, Żabka i piekarnia) oraz kilka przyjemnych knajpek. Sprawny proces zameldowania. W mieszkaniu było ciepło. Duży plus za kawiarkę i ekspres kapsułkowy. Negative: Pozytywne wrażenia przyćmiło niechlujne sprzątanie: kafle na ścianie pod prysznicem były zachlapane ciemnymi plamami, na kafelkach nad zlewem i toaletą było sporo śladów pasty do zębów (w różnych kolorach, więc może nawet po różnych gościach ;)), wokół stolika kawowego był kurz i włosy. Przez prześcieradło przebijała ciemna plama - może z krwi, może z wina, nie wiem. Warto byłoby zainwestować w pokrowiec ochronny na materac albo go (materac) wyprać. Nam też w kuchni brakowało ścierki. Podczas naszego 4-dniowego pobytu przez 1,5 dnia za ścianą trwał głośny remont. Było to mocno uciążliwe.

    Positive: New and interesting design renovation. Almost everything and everywhere was clean. Negative: The upholstered furniture was covered in dust in some places. Chandeliers and lamps were also covered in dust, this was especially visible on dark surfaces.

    I liked the apartment, exactly as on the photo. It was cozy and fresh. But there were some disadvantages: because it is a new building, there were loud repair works in the neighboring apartment from 08:50 am; there was a layer of dust on the refrigerator and other surfaces; there was a stinky smell from the kitchen sink drain; there was no washing powder or capsules for the washing machine; there was no iron, only a box from it; the door handle to the bedroom seems to be broken. But these are all easily fixable.

    Positive: Понравилось удобное расположение, новое здание, уютный дворик, в апартаменты легко попасть, есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Хозяин позаботился о наличии чая и кофе, геля для душа. Постельное белье и полотенца новенькие. В апартаментах всё как на фото. Negative: При заезде в квартире было холодно (батареи пришлось включить, а вытяжку над каждым окном нужно было закрывать) и за двое суток мы её так и не нагрели для комфорта. Не было кухонного полотенца, а на холодильнике пыль. Разложили диван, а там кто-то забыл свою футболку. Мы очень удивились)) В душе немного плохо уходит вода, но это не критично. Дом новый, и в понедельник ровно в 9 утра соседи начали сверлить (делают ремонт). Но это всё мелочи. Если ещё будем в Варшаве, с удовольствием снова остановимся в этих апартаментах.

    Me and my girlfriend went to Warsaw for a week and stayed at this Airbnb. Truth be told - it was an amazing apartment it was modern, clean and cozy. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone to try and considering the price i doubt there's a better Airbnb in Warsaw! The modern toilet was very nice and clean and there was enough soap and toilet paper to the first days supplied by bookinghost! The living room/kitchen was nice and cozy and you had all the cooking equipment you'd need. The Samsung Smart tv was a huge plus too! Finally the bed - it was good, nothing to put your finger on. Overall one of the best Airbnb's i've been to.

    Квартира ідеальна. Місце також, одна станція чи на трамваї чи на автобусі до головної площі. На першому поверсі магазин Жабка із продуктами. Єдине,що не сподобалося це те,що після виїзду власник заявив,що ми зламали диван у вітальні і потребував компенсацію. Хоча ми на 100% впевнені,що нічого не ламали. Конкретних фото чи відео так і не було надано ні власником ні сервісом.

W celu zapewnienia najwyższego komfortu użytkowania następnym gościom oraz uniknięcia dalszego zużywania mebla, konieczne było przeprowadzenie naprawy. Niestety musieliśmy obciążyć Panią tym dodatkowym kosztem. Swoją decyzję podjęliśmy, ze względu na fakt, iż posiadamy materiały potwierdzające, że mieszkanie oddane do Państwa użytku nie posiadało w. w. usterki. Musiała ona powstać w czasie Państwa pobytu, co potwierdza materiał wideo dostarczony przez serwis sprzątający po Państwa wymeldowaniu. Podjęliśmy próbę dostarczenia wideo, jednak czat Airbnb, przez który się z Panią kontaktowaliśmy, nie umożliwia przesyłania załączników, o czym również Panią poinformowaliśmy. W celu dalszego wyjaśnienia sprawy oraz w razie dodatkowych pytań, zapraszamy do kontaktu drogą mailową, Pozdrawiam, Iwona BookinHost

  69. Pobyt bardzo pozytywnie spędzony, wysoki standard wykończenia i dobra lokalizacja przyćmiły kilka małych niedociągnięć.

    Positive: Nowoczesne wykończenie, wystrój wnętrza, przydatne wyposażenie (czajnik, ekspres, żelazko, kawa, herbata, telewizor), dobra lokalizacja (ok. 20-25min do stadionu narodowego - idealne na koncerty). Negative: Skrzypiące łóżko przy najmniejszym ruchu, było kilka pająków oraz much (prawdopodobnie okno było za długo otwarte przed przyjazdem), klamki do łazienki i pokoju były naderwane (nadal spełniały zadanie jednak estetycznie nie wyglądało dobrze).

    Я поставила максимальный бал, я не обижена на то, что вы за 3 дня не смогли довезти полотенца и наволочки) Скорее всего, это проблема в коммуникации с cleaning service. Квартира очень красивая, стильная и я наслаждалась кофе и 6 сортами чая. Я очень люблю поляков, они так много сделали для украинцев. Поэтому я оставлю рекомендацию исправить сервис по уборке, все остальное было замечательно. Возможно не помешал бы фен.

    Positive: Apartament znakomicie urządzony, zarówno jeśli chodzi o stronę estetyczną, jak i wyposażenie, dzięki czemu można tam spędzić czas, czując się, jak w domu. Wysoki standard wykończenia, winda, odbiór kluczy ze skrytki, to dodatkowe atuty. Negative: przydałoby się małe lusterko do makijażu na wysięgniku, ponieważ lustro w łazience jest osadzone dość wysoko i w głębokiej wnęce, a rozmieszczenie sanitariatów, uniemożliwia korzystanie z niego nawet osobie średniego wzrostu, - w kuchni brakowało mi ścierki do naczyń.
