    Stayed over a week in the place and I'd say there are positives and negative aspects of this apartment Positive: - Apartment is spacious - Easy access to the city through nearby metro station Negative - I had problems with the Internet and heating in the bedroom for 1 day - communication with the support team was not great. I had to pick up the phone several times and explain everything over and over again to every new attendant on the phone. Felt like they were not very organized when following up on issues - Very hard to find the place. I see other people complaining about it in the comments about it - Cleaning could be better

    The apartment looks exactly like in the photos , big and has everything you need . it’s located in a nice area, surrounded by stores. It wasn’t clean (especially the floor, the dishes, the bathroom etc) we had to buy cleaning products and clean it ourselves). The bath tab hand shower was broken and leaking so we couldn’t shower the kids there. the dishwasher was full of water (prob’ a block) so we couldn’t use it neither ,but most importantly- the main lock of the apartment didn’t work at all only the upper one did (not a very safe feeling) we asked the host to fix the problems on the first day of our arrival and till we left 10 days after - nothing was fixed. the host suggested a 10% discount for our next visit but it’s irrelevant as we’re not from Poland. Overall it was ok and we even extended our stay for a 3 more days.

    Плюсы Удобное расположение, у самого метро, есть место для машины на подземном паркинге. Квартира просторная, есть плита, посудомоечная, стиральная машины, посуда. Бытовая техника в уставшем, но рабочем состоянии. Минусы Смогли заселиться только в 6 часов вечера, пришлось ждать пока сделают уборку. Несмотря на это квартира осталась грязной.

    Гарна простора квартира з чудовим краєвидом. Всі фото відповідають дійсності. Єдине, що зайняло в нас багато часу, це пошук нашої квартири, так як не було вказано номер під'їзду, а саме Klatka D. Для тих хто подорожує власним авто, є своє паркомісце в гаражі. Рекомендую!

    Positive: Spacious apartment - comfortable for a group of 5, place to park the car, great location....2 bathrooms a plus Negative: spend 30 minutes to find an entrance...better directions for checking would help in the future. Apartment was spacious but dirty, had to vacum and mop the floor on the first day. Did not used my kitchen as everything felt sticky. There was a terrible smell in the smaller bathroom (washing machine needs a service) ......

    Zameldowanie - budynek jest ogromny, wiele klatek, nie wiadomo w której klatce znajduje się apartament. Proponuję dodać numer klatki do informacji nt. zameldowania. Do apartamentu przynależy miejsce parkingowe. Pilot do garażu zaginął i nie odnalazł się do końca pobytu. Gospodarz nic z tym nie zrobił. W okolicy trudno jest o miejsce parkingowe. Sam apartament przestronny, zgodny z opisem. Wystarczające podstawowe wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodnie usytuowany, blisko do stacji metra, tramwajów, sklepów spożywczych, apteki, klubu fitness. Budynek mało przytulny, kilkaset lokali, prawdopodobnie większość na wynajem. Piękny widok z okna na panoramę Mokotowa.

    Z pobytu jesteśmy zadowoleni, mieszkanie duże, czysta pościel, czyste ręczniki, w odpowiedniej ilości. Duża zaleta miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym ponieważ w okolicy nie łatwo o miejsce parkingowe. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna na parterze budynku; żabka, piekarnia, miejsce gdzie można coś zjeść. Blisko to stacji metra i przystanku tramwajowego. Mieszkaniu dostępne żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka, zmywarka. Brak suszarki do wlosow Z wad można wymienić czystość (mieszkanie pozornie posprzątane) warto było by umyc również szafy, wyprać zasłony. Wg opisu w mieszkaniu miał na nas czekac pilot do bramy niestety go nie było, gospodarz również nam go nie dostarczył pomimo zgłoszenia takiej sytuacji. Na szczescie udało nam się wjechać do garażu i skorzystać z oferowanego miejsca parkingowego.

    I booked 2 consecutive stays at the apartment: First was my business trip to Warsaw and the second was to spend time with my family. After an issue with the fridge was solved during my 1st stay the 2nd stay was just great! We liked the apartment very much and hopefully will come back in the future.

    The stay was good, but there were some issues: 1. It's hard to find the apartment as the building is rather big. You should mention in the listing that "Klatka D" is the entrance point. 2. Communication with the host. Before the check-in, the communication was super efficient and helpful. But from the moment of check-in, it was super slow and inefficient. 3. Efficiency of solving technical issues. We brought a lot of food products with us, so the refrigerator was the highest priority amenity for us. And it wasn't working! It took them 3 days and a lot of time and nerves for me and my wife, who cooked those meals for our family for the whole stay and part of which eventually became spoilt. We desperately asked for a spare small fridge to store our food while the big fridge is being repaired. No reply and no action from the host in this regard either. BookingHost, you need to change your ways.
