Lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica, teren zamknięty, ogrodzony wejście na kod.
Nowy budynek, dobry rozkład apartamentu, dużo szafek w kuchni i pokojach. Świetnie, że czekał na nas zestaw: sól pieprz, cukier, herbata, kawa.
Negative:
To drobnostka, ale w kuchni mogłoby być więcej sprzętów, jak deska do krojenia, trzepaczka, dzbanek, miska większa. W łazience brakowało miejsca by powiesić ręczniki po kąpieli.

Загалом помешкання було не поганим. Сподобалась духова піч, новий холодильник, і телевізор з доступом до YouTube. Ліжко було зручним, шумоізоляція також була на належному рівні. Але деякі мінуси псували загальне враження про перебування. До прикладу, у помешканні була відсутня мікрохвильова піч, на кухні деякі стільці були поломані. Також штори просвічували світло. Загалом, я можу рекомендувати це помешкання до проживання, але було б чудово, якби господар працював над цими мінусами у майбутньому.

Квартира відповідає опису, все що потрібно є у квартирі, є кондиціонери і можна встановити комфортний клімат. Загалом дуже хороша квартира. Літаки, що літають над районом зовсім не заважають комфортному перебуванню, так як можна закрити вікна і постороннього шуму не буде чутно. З господарем не спілкувались, бо були надіслані чіткі інструкції як дістатися квартири і потреби не було спілкуватись. Чиста постіль та рушники, чисто в квартирі, нам сподобалось, брали квартиру на довге перебування і нам все підходило. Дякую господарю!

Чисте просторе мешкання, кухня на якій є все необхідне. Розміщення зручне для подорожі авто. Пішки трохи не зручно добиратись до жд станції. До центра по жд можна доїхати за 15-20хвилин.

Ми були в листопаді, і було холодно в кімнатах, температура на оюігрівачах майже не регулювалась. Кондиціонери не вмикались взагалі

The apartment was clean and fresh but vacant. So many basic things for comfort long stay are lacking such as hooks for towels, soap dispenser, microwave, bedside tables, nightlight in a bedroom etc. But a lot of closets :)
Also, I booked for three people but there were only two chairs which were also broken and the owner didn't change them, despite the promising to solve it. So, I could recommend this place but only for a short stay.

There are many good furniture, so you are able to place all your things very comfortably!
Also I would like to mention very comfortable and equipped kitchen, good oven, a lot of pots, great variety of kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is cosy, very big, comfortable bed, big window and a door to the balcony from the bedroom as well as from the living room.
Beautiful big balcony with a table and chairs, nice, there is no opposite building.
In the living room there is a big, comfortable sofa and TV.
Also private parking place near the house, which is located behind the gates, which is very important and comfortable when traveling by car.
We enjoyed our stay!) Thank you!)
The only little issue is that an airport is nearby and you can hear and see a lot of planes:) It wasn’t a problem for us, we stayed for a week. But if you like to be in total quietness, you should take it into consideration.

Duze osoby nie czują sę wygodnie na WC wciśniętym między pralkę, scianę i umywalkę. Poza tym byłoby super, gdyby w łazience znalazły się wieszaki na ręczniki. Ale są to drobnostki, bo poza tym mieszkanie jest urządzone bardzo wygodnie :)
