    Positive: Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Plusem dostępność windy. Bezproblemowy kontakt z własnej. Negative: Trochę mało i słabej jakości środki czystości. Nie do końca działająca zamrażarka.

    Positive: The location Negative: We hadn't enough towels for 3 persons (we had 2 small and 1 big ONLY) and also we hadn’t sheets and pillow case for the 3rd person (he would sleep on the sofa). We talkd with Eweline (host) and she told us that the cleaning service would delivered us towels and sheets.....but never happend! Also, the building had constructions, so it was so noisy and dirty. We are very sorry because we were very satisfied with the room beside this incident that left us disappointed.

    Positive: Ładne czyste mieszkanie Negative: Nie mogłam trafić do mieszkania ze względu na trwający remont klatki schodowej, wszystko było zafoliowane i nawet nie było widać numerów drzwi, jak już się dostałam na klatkę to utknęłam butami i walizką w świeżo wylanym betonie… Po finalnym wejściu do mieszkania, okazało się ze ktoś zostawił otwarte drzwi balkonowe (to był początek styczna) w związku z czym przez najbliższe kilkanaście godzin miałam 11 stopni w mieszkaniu, bez możliwości dodatkowego elektrycznego ogrzania mieszkania o co zgłaszałam się do obsługi obiektu.

Przykro nam, że remont klatki utrudniał znalezienie apartamentu. W takich sytuacjach, zapraszamy do kontaktu, a pomożemy szybko odnaleźć właściwe miejsce. Niedomknięte drzwi balkonowe wynikały z błędu pracownika serwisu sprzątającego. Po Pani zgłoszeniu, zwróciliśmy serwisowi uwagę, aby nie dopuścić do takich sytuacji w przyszłości. Negative: - Apartment was only 80% clean when we got there (e.g. dirt next to the bed, no proper cleaning up there) - Balcony door does not close as it should i.e. bit of cold draft in winter - No Kitchen towel - No Paper towels - No Scissors - Sink in the bathroom does not work properly - Bit of mold on shower curtain - Not sure if the joints in the bathroom have ever been cleaned - No cutting board in the kitchen - No bowl for soap in the bathroom - No salt and rinse aid in dishwasher - Unstable WiFi

    Really beautiful & cosy loft apartment, I was a solo traveller (I felt safe), it would also work well for 2-3 persons. Everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment stayed warm even with the cold temperature outside. The location is perfect, walkable from the central station and lots of cafes/bars/shops nearby. Will definitely return to stay here in the future:)

    Positive: удобное расположение квартиры, хорошее траснпортное сообщение, чисто, удобно, для путешествющих летом - шикарный балкон, со столиком и стульями. есть все необходимое для проживания на пару дней да. квартира немного "усталая", но я возвращалась только ночевать, поэтому особых претензий нет. рядом кафе, жабка Negative: но самый большой недостаток - это Wi-Fi ! интернет просто живет своей жизнью, и 5 мин подряд ни разу не работал. пришлось покупать местную sim-ку. надеюсь, просто мне не повезло, и это была техническая неисправность оборудования, и собственник оперативно исправит, иначе путешественников ждет весьма неприятный сюрприз

  35. Вполне нормально для нескольких дней проживания.

    Positive: Прекрасное месторасположения квартиры. Квартира не большая, и все необходимое для проживания было в рабочем состоянии. Маленькие подсказки: код от основной (дворовой) двери дублировался и на подъезде. И есть нюанс с этажностью. Первый - это нулевой. Negative: Квартира уже изрядно поношена. Вроде все чисто, но было ощущение неопрятности из-за некоторой потертости квартиры. Пятна на диване и ковре, которые похоже уже не выводятся, и испорченная поверхность столика в ванной, портили ощущение от квартиры. Балкон приятный но, со стороны балкона и окна постоянно дуло. Возможно мне не повезло, т к уже холодало а батарея в комнате не работала, но на «втором» этаже, было спать достаточно тепло.

    Wunderschöne kleine und sehr klug eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Alles war sauber und liebevoll modern dekoriert. In der Küche gibt es nur das allernötigste, zum Frühstücken reicht es, gekocht haben wir nicht. Die Lage ist einfach top. Unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, nur wenige Minuten vom Hbf und trotzdem relativ ruhig, da es sich um eine kleine Nebenstraße handelt. Vielen Dank!

    A nice cosy place, and would be 5 stars for a solo traveller. However we were a couple, and the mattress was too small for us. Would’ve also been great to supply more than 2 toilet rolls and 1 dishwasher tablet for our 7 day stay (and oil, salt, pepper) - but not the end of the world. We really liked the area and the cafe a few doors down.

    Positive: Квартира не большая, но очень чистая, уютная и все продумано до мелочей! В самом сердце Варшавы! Большая ванная, есть балкон. Очень удобный матрас, хорошо высыпались. Потолочный вентилятор отлично справлялся со своими функциями, при температуре на улице 35-37 градусов, в квартире было комфортно. В наличии косметические принадлежности, вода, чай. Квартира оборудована качественной бытовой техникой (кроме микроволновки). Чистое, белое белье и полотенца. Рядом все достопримечательности, транспортные развязки и мнонго-много кафе на любой вкус. В 2-3 минутах ходьбы большие супермаркеты и торговые центры. Через дорогу вкусный рыбный ресторанчик с бесплатной ухой при заказе. Нам очень понравилось пребывание! Рекомендую! Negative: No comment

Centrum miasta, do dworca dosłownie 6 min. Uliczka która ma swój urok. W koło kawiarenki. Blisko sklep spożywczy i piekarnia.     Great apartment if location is important to you - Hoza is one of the best streets in Warsaw for bars, cafes, restaurants, close to trams and metro and train station. For us, this was the best part about this Airbnb. The apartment itself is tiny and not very comfortable - ok for short stays and younger people. In particular, it was very hot at night since the bed is on the mezzanine so lots of hot air – the ceiling fan is not enough to cool down the room. The bed is uncomfortable since it's just a mattress on the wooden floor. I recommend to bring ear plugs to sleep as the bed is by the window, facing the street. Not a lot of amenities in the apartment, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom.

    Positive: Very well built, good location, clean, easy access, newly redone. Nice to have a balcony as well. Negative: The lock on the door needs oiling as the key was hard to turn and the balcony door was a bit hard to close. When these are the only issues you can think of it means the flat is almost flawless
