    По приезду код, чтобы забрать ключи не совпадал. Пришлось разбираться, хозяин не отвечал. Звонили в компанию Airbnb и разбираться. Позже правильный код выслали, но мы потеряли важное для нас время. В ванной комнате в умывальнике плохо стекает вода, душ плохо закрывается и протекает вода в комнату.

    Io e i miei amici abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno a Varsavia! L’appartamento é davvero stupendo e situato in un quartiere molto moderno e tranquillo. L’abbiamo trovato molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Davvero ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto semplice il self check-in, le indicazioni date dall’host erano chiare. L’unico piccolo difetto che abbiamo notato é stato la tapparella del salone semi rotta, ma questo non ha inciso più di tanto sul nostro soggiorno. Consiglio davvero l’appartamento e ci tornerei molto volentieri! 😊

    We enjoyed our holiday in Warsaw at this flat. Everything was great. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, also I was pleasantly surprised by the feedback from BokkingHost. I had a small misunderstanding with finding a parking place, but BookingHost immediately answer me and sent video and photo. So I fully recommend to stay in this apartment.

    Positive: good apartment, all you need if you find it after a long search Negative: we had the worst check in experience in our life and searched 2 hours for the entrance. we chose the apartment as we arrived at midnight and it offered self check it. the directions for the self check in are misleading: 1. Bookings google directed us to the Stanisława Żaryna 5 apt. However the gate is closed at night, the code does not work. We looked for 2 hours after midnight, everything closed, and 3 locals directed us wrong as well. So nobody knows, also not the people who live in the area. By chance after a lot of driving around in the area I detected another Stanisława Żaryna 5 300 m away, not in the same street, but at the opposite side of the large whole complex where you never expect it and there and only there the code key also works at night. But google does not show or find that! 2. to park the car I take the elevator down to the garage right 2 m from the apartment but the remote does not work! 3. Next day we discover the remote belongs to a garage 200 meters away out of the building 200 m down the road! Not the elevator down 2 m away. 4. The apartment is good, the instruction for check in us terribly misleading. 5. I informed the hosts, a company, on what happened, no reaction. I hope they now change, i wish no one such an experience.

  41. Appartment-Suche + Parksystem kompliziert

    Positive: Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen modernen Quartier, ist wirklich groß und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Negative: Folgende Informationen für zukünftige Gäste, die eigentlich vom Besitzer selbst hätten kommen müssen: 1.) für das Appartment den Eingang G/H mit der Glastür nehmen, unmittelbar rechts neben der Tiefgarage auf der Straße Stanislawa Zaryna ( NICHT den Eingang 5 mit dem Metall-Tor !!! ) 2.) Das Tiefgaragen-System ist kompliziert, wenn man so etwas nicht kennt: An einer Säule links vom zugewiesenen Parkplatz ist eine Schaltvorrichtung, die man mit dem schwarzen Spezial-Schlüssel ( hängt am Schlüsselbund mit der Fernbedienung ) betätigen muss, um am Boden befindliche Stahlvorrichtungen, die entweder leer sind oder auf der bereits geparkte Autos stehen, nach links oder rechts zu rangieren, damit man mit seinem eigenen Auto in die Lücke fahren kann. Die Beschreibung an der Säule ist auf polnisch geschrieben. Am besten ist es, man nutzt die Google-Übersetzer-App, wenn man kein Polnisch lesen kann. 3.) Die Tiefgarage sollte man NICHT über die darin befindlichen Ausgänge A, B oder C verlassen, um ins Appartment zu gelangen, sondern über das Tor der Tiefgarage ( wichtig, wenn man das ganze Gepäck aus dem Auto bringen will ) !!! 4.) Bitte KEINE Fahrradgepäckträger und Fahrräder am oder auf dem Auto lassen, weil das Parksystem keinerlei Platz dafür bietet und andere Autos, der Fahrradträger und die Fahrräder beschädigt werden würden.

    Positive: דירה נוחה, נקייה, עם כל המתקנים כולל מזגן, מדיח ומכונת כביסה שהיתה שימושית לקראת סוף השהייה. מספר חנויות מכולת קרובות מאוד. חנייה בחניון תת קרקעי השייך למתחם, חובה למי שמגיע לאזור עם רכב, כי אין חניה זמינה ברחוב. Negative: במתחם מספר כניסות והוראות ההגעה לדירה לא מספיק ברורות. בחניון מערכת אוטומטית לחניה, ההוראות המצורפות היו בפולנית נאלצנו להעזר בשומר המתחם.

    Positive: Super lokalizacja, miejsce postojowe w garażu to duży plus - trudno zaparkować na osiedlu nie mając miejsca postojowego. Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne z działającą klimatyzacją. Nie spotkaliśmy się z niczym na co można by narzekać. Sklepy spożywcze tzw. osiedlowe w tym samym bloku i naprzeciwko. Warto rozważyć to miejsce wybierając się większą grupą do Warszawy. Negative: Pateikiamas parkavimo aikštelės į butą yra labai sudėtingas, reikia eiti per gatvę. Taip pat būtų gerai jeigu būtų paaiškinimas kaip valdyti parkavimo sistemą. Taip pat palikta labai mažai prausimosi priemonių, indaplovės tablečių, ir t.t. Išvis nebuvo šiukšlių maišų. Neveike tualeto durų užraktas. Balkonas visiškai nesutvarkytas, nešvarus.

    Помешкання знаходиться у сучасному житловому комплексу. Дуже красива територія, поруч є магазини, пекарні, парк - що дуже зручно. Але були певні незручності із дверима у квартирі, а саме двері у ванну не зачинялись. Не працював замок. Також погано зачинялись двері в одну з кімнат. Сподіваюсь, що наступні гості вже не будуть мати цих проблем.

    Positive: Fantastic apartment, good location. Indoor parking. Overall very satisfied. Also good communication before the stay. Negative: TV network did not work, no streaming device availible. Darkening blinds did nor work in livingroom.

    Positive: Perfect location - easy access to all parts of Warsaw; nice modern block; excellent beautiful park in 5 minutes to walk. Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom. Many wardrobes and shelfs for storage. Clean. Parking in a garage is included. Negative: Nothing is wrong but as possible recommendation to the management: to issue more detailed instructions how to use parking (and access to it) and access to the garbage room.
