  5. Lokalizacja super; kontakt z obiektem beznadziejny.

    Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Oferta apartamentu zapewniała miejsce parkingowe w hali garażowej , nie otrzymaliśmy jednak pilota, aby wjechać.Mimo kilkukrotnego zgłoszenia problemu i zapewnienia nas o telefonie zwrotnym z informacją co dalej,nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi. W związku z powyższym zmuszeni byliśmy z dziećmi szukać miejsca na zewnątrz, co wiadomo w Warszawie nie jest łatwe.

    It was little confusing location. But the main problem we faced was about the parking. Its mention in the description that it will be provided but for some reasons they have not managed well and in the end we agreed that they‘ll pay our parking tickets. Though till now it is not received. However, the location is near to city centre and the apartment was clean and required utilities were hygienically provided.

    El apartamento no tiene nada para cocinar, no hay olla y solo hay una unica sarten que no es detectada por los fuegos de la cocina y no se puede utilizar. Además, nos obligaron a pagar una roleta de una persiana que supuestamente rompimos durante nuestra estancia, cosa que fue completamente mentira y estaba rota previamente. Esto fueron casi 50 euros. También uno de nosotros se olvidó unos airpods de más de 200 euros y nos dijeron que preguntarían al servicio de limpieza para ver si aparecían. En ningun momento hemos recibido una respuesta pero sin embargo si que este personal de limpieza encontró la roleta supuestamente rota que nos obligaron a pagar pero ni rastro de los auriculares, que obviamente se quedaron. Una estancia pésima. Ladrones y estafadores

    The place looked nice when we entered, especially the location and overall complex of the building. The bad news was that even if we payed extra for more people in the flat, the beds were not prepared at all and when we were setting them up we found dirty tissues and mandarines behind the sofabed. Eventually we were missing a pillow and didnt manage to get issue resolved till the end of trip (3days) The place would be nice for less people, if all would be set up but unfortunately we didnt get a comfortable and easy experience for more people

    I checked in at 4 p.m. The room was not cleaned. The lady who had to do it was waiting behind the door. She proposed to speak with a manager. He said he didn't understand me in abusive manner. I also noted very strong noise from fridge and ventilation. It was like as in an industrial plant. I couldn't sleep in the night. TV didn't work -- there was no any signal. The sofa was dirty. The pan is not suitable for induction hob. And the last was corruption proposal from the host "to share positive feedback on the booking portal" in exchange for - "10% discount on direct next bookings"... I asked the host for the money back for cleaning because the service was not provided. I don't like to write a reviews at all. But in this case my stay in Warsaw was poisoned by bad the menagement. I am writing this so that no one else has to deal with this.

    Super lokalizacja, bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. Czystość w porządku. Osiedle spokojne, bezpieczne, duże ale nie ma problemu z zasięgiem czy internetem co zdarza się w takich miejscach. Dodatkowym atutem jest parking podziemny :) Minusy: Lodówka chodzi tak głośno ze w salonie był problem ze spaniem gościom sugeruje wyłączyć ja na noc jeśli nie używacie a gospodarzowi wymienić na inna ;)

    Un logement un peu éloigné du centre de Varsovie mais qui reste tout de même accessible par une grande diversité de transports en commun. Le bâtiment est situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. L'appartement est très complet et il nous a été agréable d'y séjourner, je recommande 👍

  55. Odradzam, omijać szerokim łukiem.

    Positive: Plusem jest balkon - dzięki temu był jakikolwiek zasięg z Orange, nie wiem czy to problem wszystkich sieci, w pomieszczeniach zero zasięgu w moim przypadku. Negative: Jakość łącza internetowego jest tak słaba (screen z testu), nic nie działa- pisanie że jest WiFi to jakiś żart, obiekt nie posiada dostępu do internetu. Jest to ewidentne wprowadzanie najemcy w błąd. Dla obsługi pilot i czip elektroniczny okazuje się być tym samym, błędna informacja o pilocie do garażu znajdującym się w mieszkaniu, który okazał się być czipem przy kluczach - efekt poszukiwanie miejsca parkingowego na zewnątrz.
