The flat is located near the most visited places by tourists, which include Krakowskie Przedmieście, the Old Town and the Palace of Culture and Science.
Both sides of Nowy Świat Street are lined with historic and charming townhouses housing restaurants, cafés and shops. Numerous public transport stops can also be found near the flat, including the station of the second metro line - Nowy Świat University (approx. 300 m).
