  1. Dzīvoklis bija mājīgs, labprāt tur atgrieztos.

    Positive: Mums patika balkons/terase un tas, ka dzīvoklis bija plašs un mājīgi iekārtots. Liels pluss bija tas, ka dzīvoklī bija apsildāmās grīdas. Skaista vannas istaba, plaša virtuve ar cepeškrāsni un trauku mazgājamo mašīnu. Negative: Varētu vannas istabai ielikt slēdzeni, lai izvairītos no neērtiem atgadījumiem. Jāpiestrādā nedaudz vairāk pie tīrības, jo vienā no atvilktnēm atradām lietotu apakšveļu. Būtu ļoti labi, ja dzīvoklī būt pieejama televīzija un televizoru varētu izmantot.

  3. In general good apartments for that money

    Positive: I liked the apartment in general, it was clean and warm. Huge living room and nice bedroom. Negative: Need to provide a magnet key from the small entrance gate. During hall we couldn't get the key, so every time we needed to call the caretaker to open the gates, very uncomfortable.

  7. Уборщицам следует лучше убирать, оставлять не один мусорный пакет в видёрке, и владельцу нужно обработать мебель в кварт

    Positive: Большая просторная квартира, хороший балкон большой, тихий район Negative: В кровати были клопы. То что нам пошли на встречу и на час раньше заселили это хорошо, но в кресле под подушкой я обнаружила чужие женские трусы к тому же грязные. Ещё хотела добавить что кастрюлька была одна и очень маленькая. Хотелось бы ещё добавить что бы оставляли мусорные пакеты, что бы жильцам не приходилось их покупать.

    Leider nur ok. Das Bett war bequem, die Wohnung bietet genug Platz. Stellplatz in der Garage ist besonders hilfreich. Ich war sehr unzufrieden mit dem Check-In Prozess, die Beschreibung ist unzureichend. Um an dem Haupttor vorbeizukommen braucht man den Chip, der am Schlüssel hängt, welcher im Schlüsselkasten neben der Wohnung ist. Wäre nicht die Security, würde man länger auf der Straße stehen. Auch dass man den Chip braucht um aus der Garage rauszukommen und wo der Sensor dafür platziert ist, war ein Rätsel, dass erst gelüftet werden muss. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist undicht und mit Klebeband isoliert, folglich ist der Schaden sehr wohl bekannt. In der Nacht war es kalt und trotz ruhiger Lage hin und wieder auch laut. Die kleine Brause neben dem Waschbecken ist undicht, sodass man in der Früh von einer kleinen Pfütze begrüßt wird. Ich fand ein paar Haare im Bett und in einem Handtuch. Das Objekt ist ein wenig sanierungsreif. "Vintage" bedeutet nicht "alt" und "heruntergekommen".

    The place is very private and overall very clean. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff and the shower is very convenient. The downside: there was a little bit of the noise from the neighbors, although, not much to be a deal breaker.
