    This flat had a broken chair that fell over the first time I sat on it because it had a missing screw, as far as I can tell before I arrived. Not only did this host expose me to a dangerous chair they did not make safe before I arrived because it fell over the second I sat on it, they also tried to charge me 410pln for the missing screw in this chair, which I did not cause. I have photographic proof that the chair has only one missing screw. One missing screw does not cost 410pln/$90/£80 anyway. I offered and paid 200pln to get them to settle this problem, but they refused to settle even though I caused no damage and even though the missing screw in the chair is extremely small damage. They persisted through the conflict resolution centre to extract even more money from me, wanting 410pln/$90/£80 for a missing screw!!! A screw is extremely cheap. A screw does not cost 410pln/$90/£80, yet the company are trying to extract this money from me for a missing screw I did not cause

  7. Подремонтировать дверь в номер.

    Positive: Расположение прекрасное,чисто,уютно, вид с балкона красивый, в доме магазин "Жабка". Negative: Приехали с дочерью около 24.00, ключи взяли быстро, но дверь в квартиру не смогли открыть. Помогли соседки - польки. Надо было дернуть дверь с очень большой силой, телефон контактный не отвечал. Хозяину нужно исправить дверь. Был стресс от этой ситуации, если бы не зашли в холл соседки с собакой с прогулки.

    This is a nice little appartment, very clean and all new. Quiet neighborhood, with a little supermarket and a shopping centre very close by. Tram station to the centre is 5 minutes away. Recommended, would return anytime.

  17. Mieszkanie w super lokalizacji, ogólnie nie mam zastrzeżeń.

    Positive: Super lokalizacja, w mieszkaniu nie było się do czego przyczepić. Bardzo pomocny właściciel, który zjawił się w 15 minut, gdy potrzebowałam pomocy z kluczami. Negative: Nie podobała mi się sytuacja z kluczami, dostałam trzy klucze luzem, w żaden sposób nieoznakowane, przez co jeden utknął w drzwiach wejściowych i potrzebowałam pomocy właściciela, żeby dostać się do mieszkania. Fajnie by było gdyby w mieszkaniu była mikrofalówka.
