  1. Podsumowanie

    Positive: Lokalizacja wszędzie blisko, warunki lokalowe-normalne. Negative: Lokal znajduje się nad dwoma barami w których życie kwitnie do rana-dosłownie. Imprezy do 3 nad ranem głośno i muzyka cały czas aż podskakują lozka. Majówka bardzo gorąca trzeba było otwierać okna a tam...dosłownie wesele. Nie polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi, wulgaryzmy i krzyki to porzadek dzienny(nocny) tam. Uważam że nienormalne ze takie coś nie jest napisane w ogłoszeniu. 2. Apartament - jak przy przyjeździe na 3 dni nie ma na wyposazeniu: papier toaletowy (było 3/4 rolki), ręcznik kuchenny, mydło do rąk i do naczyń, a nawet worki na śmieci, skąd mamy to wziąć jak sklepy są zamknięte w majówkę Czy to są aż takie koszty? Trzeba podnieść cenę o 20 zł i dorzucić podstawowe wyposazenie mieszkania. Warszawa super, lokalizacja super, samo mieszkanie też, ale otoczka - słabo.

  13. Disappointing

    Positive: Superb location, just a few minutes from the center, and very well served by metro and tram. It is also close to many services: grocery shops, cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. The flat is small but comfy. The bed is comfortable, not so much the sofa bed. Surprisingly fast the Wi-Fi. Negative: However, there are several cons. First of all, broken stuff. Upon entering the flat, we found the fridge running but hot, full of melted ice, and smelling burnt; we had to power it off and couldn't use it for the whole stay. Other things here and there should be fixed, like the lock of the bathroom door, a couple of glasses... Secondly, cleanliness. The flat would benefit from a deep cleaning once in a while. Toiletries and towels are down to the bare minimum for an overnight stay. There is little to no space to hang towels, coats, and clothes. And finally, the noise. Since the flat faces a square, you can expect to hear the noise of cars and trams, especially early in the morning. Also, and most importantly, consider there is a disco pub (kind of) on the first floor of the building; thus, especially if you are a light sleeper, you can expect the music to keep you company up until 2 a.m. or later.

    It took a while to find the garbage dumpsters outside. The host provides shampoo, soap and toilet paper for the first day. If you plan to stay longer you will need to buy these. You will also need to buy garbage bags as they are not provided. Otherwise, the apartment was a nice looking one, in a good location

    Positive: It is located in very nice vibrant area with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shop nearby. Negative: The apartment was not properly cleaned after the previous guest - there were chips crumbs on the carpet. We booked the apartment for 4 people, but there were only 3 pillows.

I looked at previous review and they say it was ok but for me it was much louder than I thought and people were totally drunk every night of the week until 3am. And screaming and laughing. But flat was good just this location that was not very good.

  35. Generally a good place with it's own pros and cons. Recommend for short and medium stays.

    Positive: Good location for waiting before interview in USA embassy. 10 minutes to embassy by walk. Hotel is charged for visa approval. Much facilities: towels, dishes, etc. Comfy bed and especially pillows. Negative: There was some maintenance in the building entrance and it was loud on the morning. Also there's a night club on the ground floor of the building and it is too loud in the night. Quality of water in the shower is bad, my hair was like broom.

    Positive: Из плюсов: Квартира «центрее» некуда, в 5 мин ходьбы от Американского Посольства. Negative: На первом этаже ночной клуб для представителей ЛГБТ, как нам показалось. Работает каждую ночь. в выходные отжиг до 6 утра. Мы сильно уставали, поэтому в первые ночи засыпали, но последние два дня выпали на выходные. Дети заснуть так и не смогли.
