Szczegółowo opisana instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Aczkolwiek szukanie wejścia do budynku w ulewnym deszczu okazało się jednak nie być tak prostym zadaniem. Dlatego wskazówka dla przyszłych gości-stojąc przed budynkiem trzeba kierować się w lewo, obejść budynek i odnaleźć klatkę nr 3 (wejście do klatki jest z tyłu budynku).

Śniadania wliczone w cenę ale warto doczytać, że jeżeli pobyt rozpoczyna się w sobotę, to pierwsze śniadanie zostanie dostarczone dopiero w poniedziałek (brak dostaw w niedzielę). Jeżeli pobyt rozpoczyna się w piątek, to w sobotę rano otrzyma się śniadanie zarówno na sobotę jak i na niedzielę. My zaczynaliśmy w sobotę, więc w niedzielę byliśmy bez śniadania. Natomiast poniedziałkowe faktycznie dotarło. Było estetycznie zapakowane, porcje konkretne (chleb, masło, dżem, ser, wędlina, twaróg, pomidor, ogórek, kiełki) i smaczne. Trzeba być tylko przygotowanym na to, że śniadania dostarczane są wczesnym rankiem (chyba od godz. 4 do 7). W naszym przypadku oznaczało to, że po 4 usłyszeliśmy dźwięk domofonu otwieranego hasłem przez dostawcę. Ale kto ma głębszy sen, pewnie nawet nie zwróci na to uwagi🙂

We stayed at this apartment for quite a long time. In general, it’s good flat with all the facilities you need. It was almost fully clean except windows and windowsill, the drain in the bathroom was very clogged, what made showers very uncomfortable. The managing company provides first-needed stuff only for one day, which means you will have to buy salt, oil, rubbish bags, capsules for dish washer, washing powder by yourself.
It’s good place with not excellent management. We didn't feel at home there, although often you rent a place on airbnb because of this feeling.

It remained a comfortable temperature, even when quite hot outside due to sufficient shading from large trees on the street. Spacious living room, comfortable couch, full sized dining room table, large TV. Nice selection of glasses for different types of drinks. Convenient to be on the ground floor, but also meant less privacy from people on the sidewalk in the evening when the windows and blinds were open for airflow. Across from a very nice little corner grocery store, and from a park with playground and basketball court. Adjoins a kindergarten but we never heard anything so it had good sound division.
Negative:
The kitchen is spacious but there are very few cooking utensils, and the one frying pan was badly scratched so we wouldn't use it. The "breakfast" provided is dropped off at the door in prepacked plastic trays. There are two options, you don't get to choose, and you don't know what you will get on the first morning. The days alternate between yogurt, jam and granola and slices of fresh bread, and some meat and cheese slices with some tomatoes and lettuce, and fresh bread. Each day you get bottled juice that we didn't drink. The concept is ok I guess, but looked very unappetizing as delivered and wasn't very cold so unsure how long they had been out of the fridge. My idea of a B&B isn't to have prepacked food.
We also had an issue with the shower (it was extremely difficult, at first almost impossible, to turn the temperature down from scaling hot). The phone number provided just went to a central call centre, so wasn't very helpful, you don't get to correspond with the actual owner (by phone or messaging). We just made it work as best we could.

Response time and clarification when reaching the support of the bookinghost was on highest level.

There was small issue at the apartment which unfortunately was not recognized by owner so we had some initial difficulties with using the showed. Thankfully when reported to owner next day morning it has been properly and timely addressed which has showed high quality and reactive approach of landlord.
Size of breakfast portion is too small. I was still hungry and required additional breakfast.

Excellent location, very much in the city center and at the same time very quiet. Easy to reach interesting spots. Spacy apartment, with well equipped kitchen. Huge TV, strong WiFi. Comfortable bed, solid chairs and dining table. Bottle of the prosecco waited on the arrival.

Not most friendly host. We booked apartment with breakfast included. Breakfast arrived in a bag and was left at the entrance door. There is coffee machine, but there is no coffee. There is a teapot, but 4 teabags for 2 persons for 3 breakfasts. Host described, that breakfast not includes tea or coffee, just juice, and you need to buy it in local shop. So, please be aware of such type of the breakfast. Not easy to find car parking place if you arrive with a car.

Pobyt był się jednak mało przyjemny z powodu awarii baterii natryskowej. Awaria polegała na zablokowaniu się regulacji temperatury wody - płynął tylko wrzątek. Mało znacząca rzecz, ale umycie się było koszmarem w zasadzie niemożliwe. A warto zauważyć, że mój pobyt wypadł na najcieplejsze dni jak na razie trwającego lata i możliwość kąpieli była niezwykle pożądana.
Oczywiście powiadomiłem Bookinghost, tak jak zalecano w przesłanej mi korespondencji, ale bez efektu. Zresztą, powiadamiałem każdego dnia rano. Poznałem więc czworo osób pełniących dyżury w tym okresie przy telefonie. Były to bardzo miłe osoby, serdecznie mi współczujące, ale kompletnie nie mające możliwości działania. Ale ładnie kłamali - serwis już powiadomiony - ma pan status priorytetowy - niech pan zostawi klucz w schowku dla serwisu itd. Rozbawiła mnie szczególnie Pani Aleksandra, którą serwis przekonał telefonicznie, bo przecież nie sprawdzili, że na pewno wszystko działa doskonale, skoro sam stwierdziłem, że jedno z pokręteł po przekręceniu powoduje wypływ wody z prysznica. Nawet wysłana fotografia tej baterii, która wyraźnie pokazywała, że bateria ma dwa pokrętła, jedną do regulowania wypływu wody przez deszczownię lub słuchawkę prysznicową, i tę drugą uszkodzoną, do regulacji temperatury wody.

Квартира хорошая, большая, удобная. Кухня, вай-фай, телевизор, всё работает. Но всё это портит одно- дикие щели в окнах.
Negative:
Огромные щели в окнах! Особенно на кухне, ветер дует в щели и занавеска не спасает. Слышимость улицы на кухне как будто окно открыто настежь. Дополняет это отсутствие батареи отопления на кухне, ее просто нет. В комнатах при закрытых дверях вполне тепло, но в коридоре и на кухне очень холодно. Мыть посуду и готовить невозможно, я простудилась.
Температура на кухне 15,5’С.
Возможно летом это не проблема, но зимой в январе это категорически неприемлемо.
