    I’m experienced traveler. So I’ve seen a lot of apartments. What you see at the pictures and reality is so much different. As I was told by the owner an appartment was flooded before. And it smells like a basement. Humidity and dust. Walls are damaged. Probably it was good before but now it is really disaster. And there are no any chances they help you with. Only Airbnb support. I’ve got my money back. And no any BookingHost never! Think twice. I have a lot of photos but that is impossible to put them here. Avoid them if you can.

    Może mieliśmy pecha, a może to gospodarz go miał , bo brak ludzi do sprzątania apartamentów spowodował, że zepsuto mi przyjazd i musiałam szukać czegoś innego. Po długiej rozmowie z Menager z Airbnb Gwineth ( mój mąż rozmawiał z racji angielskiego) która nas rozumiała i od razu zajęła się sprawą, przeprosiła i czuliśmy zaangażowanie w nasz problem i niesmak po tej pomyłce jaka była rezerwacją w tym miejscu !!! Bród , smród 15 h to nasze zameldowanie ,a tam jak po zakrapianej imprezie bo nie ma komu sprzątać, jedna kobieta nie jest w stanie wysprzątać wszystkie apartamenty jak robot 😭😭😭. Smutne jak wykorzystują człowieka gdzie fizycznie nie da rady zrobić jedna osoba tyle 🥲. Nie polecam i nigdy tu nie wrócę. W tym samym budynku jest cześć hotelowa i było czyściutko i miło w tej samej cenie🤷‍♀️.

    Me and my husband stayed here for a weekend. Good location, nice staff, everybody in the hotel were helpful, but there was not plaesant smell in the room. Also the water from the sink in bathroom was running dirty. Looked like there are some pipe problem in the building.

    Ідеальне помешкання! Я обожнюю самостійне прибуття і тут воно максимально просте та комфортне. Апартаменти чисті, затишні, відчуваєш себе як в гостях у кращого друга! Зазвичай мені не дуже комфортно спати в ліжку першу ніч в новому місці, але тут все було ідеально! Постіль та рушники ідеально чисті, а це найголовніше! Також було все необхідне для приготування їжі. Я залишилась дуже задоволена відпочинком в цих апартаментах і обовʼязково буду повертатись ще! Дякую ❤️

    This apartment is in an apartment hotel building, and it is gorgeous. It is the best of both worlds with a concierge desk, lobby, restaurant and a bunch of takeaways, restaurants and mini-marts within a 1 minute walk. It is 2 minutes from the tram too, super convenient for getting into town or the business district. The bed is great, WiFi is fast, balcony is a decent size, the room is double height. There is a lovely kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge and combi-microwave. The bathroom is lovely. I would stay again. My curtains came off the track when I pulled them, but this was fixed after a few days.

As i arrived late and the phone number was not working i had to stay in an other hotel until next evening. The door lock was already damaged and it was not easy to find out how to open the door, as no clear instructions were sent. (the # was not told that it is needed to open the door)

I got the wrong directions on how to get to my room and nothing about how to get there and what is the car space number in the garage, although I did ask the host this question three times. As a result, I had to buy a different room for the first night from another host in this building. It cost me PLN 259. Additionally, as I was unable to reach the garage, I left my car in front of the hotel as I didn't know what to do. As a result, he was taken by the municipal police. It cost me an additional PLN 700 to get the car back. I warn you not to buy services from Varsovia Comfort. They are not professionals, they ignore the needs of the guests, they don't support, they don't even want to apologize. On the contrary, the person I spoke to on the second morning was rude and even aggressive. I am asking why I had to pay extra PLN 1,000 for the host's unprofessionalism. It's really a question; whoever returns my money will remain open. At least that's what I want to warn you, so that they don't make my mistake and buy a stay at Varsovia Comfort. I will be very grateful if someone can react to this situation, as this company should not be active in the market until it improves the quality of service to a level acceptable to customers.
