    Overall, it was a good experience. Great location with nighlife, shops, and restaurants all around. Also, public transportation was close. Good atmosphere in the apartment. Breakfast was basic yet tasty. Good communication - we had a problem with the main entrance code, but it was resolved after calling in in around 20 minutes. Few negative things - we were counting on that there will be cooking oil, but we had to buy it. Also, the comment that i saw before booking is still accurate, that the bathroom door doesn't lock, and is a struggle to fully close it.

    Positive: Perfect location, right in the centre of Warsaw. The apartment has a lot of charme, with friendly locals living in the same building. The kitchen and bathroom are small but functional and modern. Service was very responsive. Breakfast was served early in the morning at our door. Negative: Sofa beds are not the best quality. For a group of six the apartment is a bit too small. The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is a very cheap Ikea model. The explanation to find the key in the key box was not easy to understand, it took us a while to find it.

    Positive: Only Location Negative: First of all i use booking continuously i have never had such a bad experience like this , when i arrived to the building there are two separate entrance ( main door ) to the building this wasn't mentioned by message i couldn't enter the building for an hour and half outside trying the code which is for second door they didn't mention by message the code for main door entrance ( first door ) i was calling the number by message several times No avail neighbors were helped to in and they inform us about the entrance code old there is no elevator , the building under construction so noisy there's No internet as they mentioned very very bad experience .

    Very nice appartment, very central, you can do a lot by walking from there. We were 6 friends staying for a week (2 staying on the couches in the living room) and everything went well. I recommend! Echoing other comments, the appartment is not easy to find when you arrive at the building, so here is a tip: (1) go to the courtyard (on the left of the stairs) (2) look for building number C (end of courtyard, left) (3) enter the code again, and go up to the 3rd floor - door on the right Breakfast is delivered to your door every morning. It was not to our taste so we asked to cancel the deliveries. But we appreciated the intent.

    The location is very convenient. Close to the metro station and many restaurants and cafeterias. About the apartment; it was ok. The basic cleaning (floors, kitchen, bathroom ..) was well made and sheets were clean, but the walls and doors had a lot of stains and dirt, they should be cleaned every once in a while. There weren’t enough towels for all the guests, we had booked the apartment for 3 persons and there was only 2 towels. After several messages, e-mails and phone calls during the weekend, we never got the 3rd towel. They promised to deliver it, but they never did. So I must say I was a bit disappointed to the level of customer service. For me it just seemed that they didn’t care. It was only in the end that someone even apologised.

    A nice, big apartment near the centre and the old town of Warsaw. The living room with the dining table is really spacious, but the other rooms are not small either. Everything was cleaned when we arrived. The thing with the location of the stairs being hard to find: When you enter the main entrance, you don't go up the stairs, but go through the hallway and take the door to the courtyard, across the courtyard you'll find a door leading to the stairs to the apartment. When you leave, you go to the courtyard and take the exit straight across. It is not difficult when you're there. Communications with Bookinghost was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and heartily recommend the place.

    Sauber und ruhig in fantastischer Lage! Zudem sehr geräumig, toll für einen Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage um die Stadt kennenzulernen. Einzig das gelieferte Frühstück entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Man hatte leider keine Wahlmöglichkeit und es war insgesamt nicht besonders nahrreich. Trotzdem ein 5/5 Apartment wegen der tollen Lage und Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre.

As you told me - it was by your misteake. We had check-in on that day so we kindly asked you to leave as fast as you can - we needed time to clean the apartment. It wasn't 10 minutes delay ~ 1 hour. Anyway - thx for your stay and I'm looking forward to host you again.

    We had a great stay in this apartment, it was perfectly situated in a very quiet and beautiful area within walking distance from the city center. The apartment was very spacious, clean, with all the necessary amenities. The only complaint is that it was a little bit difficult to find the rignt entrance to the apartment, and that the bathroom had no lock on the door. Otherwise everything was perfect!

    Heel erg fijn met 4 volwassenen en een baby geweest (wel eigen baby bedje mee, geen idee of zij dit konden regelen). Verder heel veel op loopafstand. Enige minpuntje is tijdens het douche dat de douchekop alle kanten op spuit en dat de badkamer dan redelijk nat is. Parkeren kon goed in de buurt. Wel gewoon op straat. In het weekend is het vrij parkeren.

  107. So la la, aber gut gelegen und ruhig

    Positive: Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich super. Man kommt gut - per Bus und auch zu Fuß - zu den Highlights von Warschau. Da sich das Gebäude im Hinterhof befindet (!), ist es sehr ruhig. Negative: Die "Schlüssel-Übergabe" war eine Katastrophe! Zuerst stimmte der Türcode zum Gebäude nicht, wir hatten Glück, dass gerade jemand heraus kam. Dann steht man im Hinterhof und weiß nicht, welches nächste Türchen das richtige sein wird. Dann stimmte der Code für das Schließfach, in dem der Schlüssel zur Wohnung hinterlegt war, nicht. Dadurch ist uns viel Zeit durch Rumtelefonieren verloren gegangen. Das war schon sehr nervig! - Die Sauberkeit lässt tatsächlich zu wünschen übrig. Gerade auf den Schränken findet sich viel Staub, also nichts für Allergiker. Die Wände könnten mal gestrichen werden. Nachts war es ganz schön kalt. Die Ausstattung ist eher solide und das Frühstück nach zwei Tagen schon eintönig. Das lässt man lieber weg und geht auf der "Neuen Welt" in eines der zahlreichen Restaurants.

    Positive: Największy plus w obiekcie to duża wanna, balkon, lodówka i zamrażarka. Lokalizacja cudowna. Dosłownie wszędzie blisko. Metraż ogromny. Negative: Powiem szczerze, Na zdjęciach obiekt w środku wyglada super. Zdjęcia „z zewnątrz” to totalnie nie ten budynek. Najgorsze wrażenie zrobiła klatka schodowa, która była cała obdarta. Kamienica sama w sobie nieprzyjemna. Wracając późną nocą można się przestraszyć. Brak dokładnych informacji na stronie o adresie obiektu. Przez 30 minut szukałam apartamentu. Najbardziej zadziwiający był brak podstawowych produktów. Faktycznie w łazience były kosmetyki jednakże wydaje mi się, że 1 rolka papieru toaletowego dla 4 osób na 3 dni to za mało. Niektóre produkty składające się na śniadanie było przeterminowane np. Miód, dżem

    Well, generally the stay was ok. There were some small problems ex ironing board was broken, iron was old and left reddish stains on my white shirt, shower was a bit broken but still usable - all this things are easy to fix so I hope the owner will do that asap. The most annoying thing was that below the window there is smoking people's area. If you keep windows open (and you do because it is a summer time) in your bedrooms (both) and saloon you constantly smell smoke. I don't smoke at all so it drove me crazy. Other things were fine, flat was nice, clean, centrally located, beds comfortable. Just be aware that it is a bit tricky to find a flat and owner doesn't give you an exact info.
