    Positive: The apartment is great, clean and well-equipped. Negative: Wifi connection didn't work. I sent a request by email as was suggested but got an answer after I left. I would expect written instructions in the apartment or at least a reply within hours, not days.

    Positive: Items were new and clean, but insects are coming from the ventilation because the building is old. At 7:00 in the morning the sound of the drill starts on the second floor Negative: The password for the street door was not working, after a few calls the problem was solved.
