  1. Nie wieder ein Apartment von bookinghost!

    Positive: Die Lage Negative: Ich möchte mich über einige ernsthafte Probleme und Unannehmlichkeiten während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Appartement beschweren. Ich war vom 18.04.24 bis zum 25.04.24 in Ihrem Appartement Central Panorama Apartment Chmielna 35  untergebracht. Zuallererst möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass es im Badezimmer zu einem Wasseraustritt aus dem Siphon kam, während in der Küche überhaupt kein Wasser lief. Diese Situation war nicht nur äußerst unpraktisch, sondern auch hygienisch bedenklich. Es ist dringend erforderlich, dass dieses Problem schnellstmöglich behoben wird, um weitere Schäden zu vermeiden und den Komfort der Gäste zu gewährleisten. Des Weiteren hatte ich Probleme mit dem Fernseher, der sich alle 5 Minuten unerwartet ausschaltete, selbst nach mehreren Neustarts. Dies beeinträchtigte mein Fernseherlebnis erheblich und sollte ebenfalls dringend überprüft und behoben werden. Des Weiteren möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft feststellen mussten, dass nicht genügend Handtücher und Bettbezüge für die gebuchte Anzahl von Personen vorhanden waren. Nach mehreren Anfragen wurden diese schließlich nachgeliefert, was jedoch zu einer Verzögerung und Unannehmlichkeiten führte. Darüber hinaus gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Check-in. Obwohl wir das Appartement für 16 Uhr gebucht hatten, konnten wir es erst kurz vor 20 Uhr beziehen, da der Schlüssel nicht auffindbar war. Diese Verzögerung war äußerst frustrierend und unprofessionell. Ich habe versucht, diese Probleme telefonisch zu melden, jedoch dauerte es sehr lange, bis jemand antwortete, und die Reaktionen waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Auch meine E-Mail an reservations@bookinghost.com  war nicht zufriedenstellend beantwortet worden.

  7. Nigdy więcej tam nie wrócę.

    Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Najbardziej nie podobał mi się schowek na klucze którego nie dało się otworzyć po pół godzinnych staraniach udało się. Skandaliczne było to że o 6 rano ktoś wszedł sobie do apartamentu. Otworzył zamek kluczem i wszedł. Ciesze się że kolega akurat nie spał i zobaczył tego człowieka bo inaczej nie wiem co by się stało.

    generally very happy with the place! very friendly help with fixing the internet when we couldn't connect. no help with recommending a parking space for our car. we found an p+r but unfortunately it was not allowed to park at night and we got a fine.. this could have been avoided. clean appartment and good location!! the locks are hanging outside of the appartment building. it took us some time to find these. overall happy the place!

    Positive: Мені сподобався вид з вікна, він дійсно чудовий. Чисто, комфортно, є полотенця та набір косметики. Negative: Мені дуже не сподобався той момент, що Консьєрж який сидить на першому поверсі не знає про те, що у цьому будинку здаються апартаменти, і на питання про якусь допомогу, він або взагалі не звертає увагу що людина з ним розмовляє, або відповідає агресивно і навіть не хотів мене пускати у будинок, бо у мене немає ключів:) Я намагалась пояснити, що ключі повинні бути в самому будинку біля моїх апартаментів (як потім виявилось, їх там не було, навіщо було писати що вони біля входу в квартиру по правій стороні, якщо їх там немає?) я змогла знайти ті ключі лише на вулиці біля кафе, майже через півтори години як вже була повинна бути у квартирі. Вай фай відсутній, назву та пароль дають, а самої мережі немає, я намагалась і перезапустити роутер, і вимкнути його, і знову увімкнути- нічого не працювало. При запитанні я чула тільки відповіді треба перезапустити і т.д, але все одно, мережі так і не зʼявилось.

    Moderniai įrengta butas. Buvome keturiese, vietos pilnai užteko. Prie buto kainos priskaičiuojamas tvarkymo mokestis (apie 30eur), bet dėja butas buvo nesutvarkytas, plaukai lovoje ir duše. Patalynė nebuvo pakeista, taip pat ir šiušlės neišneštos. Gavome kompensaciją - 50% nuo tvarkymo mokesčio, tik nesuprantu kodėl ne 100%... Jei ne problema su patalyne, butas tikrai puikus, vaizdas pro langą taip pat geras. Vieta puiki, daug lankytinų objektų galima pasiekti pėsčiomis. Rekomenduoju :)

    This is an outstanding apartment right downtown Warsaw with stunning views over the city. The location is amids all the shopping restaurants and cafes and very convenient for transportation connections. The apartment is brand new, very convenient and furnished with modern yet comfortable furniture. Although located at a busy place, it is very quiet and peaceful. We missed nothing! The only instruction we missed is how and where to take the trash/garbage out - we didn't know and had to inquire the security guard. Also, it is good to mention in the instructions that the second provided key can open both the door to the trash location and the downstairs main entrance . All in all, fully satisfied with the hosting company, the place and the location and will definitely visit again!

    Cool place right in the middle of Warsaw, walking distance to everything. The apartment looks exactly like on the photos and the views are amazing! The mattress is a bit stiff though (depends on the preference I guess). Also I would have appreciated some shower gel (we only got complimentary shampoos which was nice but I think shower gel is more preferred by any traveler) and Nespresso capsules (since there is a nespresso machine). It’s not too noisy in the apartment despite the central location, due to the apt height

    One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Warsaw. The location is great, lots of great restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation, walking distance to train station. The unit it self is very clean and modern with a very well thought out design. Definitely would book this again when I come back to Warsaw.

    Great space and couldn’t be more central if we tried! Felt like home. Air con was great as it was very hot! My only suggestion if I’m picky is to make sure to provide body wash and conditioner not just shampoo and to have a little milk or similar for teas and coffees. Everything was there apart from those two things and after a late night arrival this would of been super helpful to have sorted!
