Great location, apartment was as described and as seen in the picture. Bit hard to locate especially considering the fact that everything in the complex was in polish and nothing in english. The only time I communicated with the host was when I asked what the best way to get from the apartment to the airport was, host was not helpful at all and would barely respond. Other than that everything else was great.

I just left after two nights a planned eleven nights stay. The good - great location, very central. The place was also very clean. The bad- broken window, inoperable shades, TV with no local channels, no hot water for the first day ( due to building plumbing emergency lasting four days ). I should have been informed before check in and given opportunity to cancel. The straw that broke the camel’s back was the note on the building entrance informing tenants about the presence of bed bugs. The note was in Polish and I was never informed by the host about the issue. The ugly- the worst customer service I encountered in my fifty years of travel. While response time from the host was acceptable before check in and early check in was allowed, the response became totally unprofessional once I reported above issues. I was never given any estimate of the time table for repairs and the agent was condescending and rude during our only phone conversation. AirBnB support was great at all times.

Great location, walking distance to main train station and much of central Warsaw. The apartment is very spacious. The balcony and washing machine were a welcome luxury after some lengthy travels. Would stay again.

Nice place cozy and a bit melancholic old Warsaw neighbourhood yet in the very Center with lots of restaurants around. The only downside is no aircon so might be too hard for you in the summer tho I managed just using the provided fan.

the place is very well located, lots of places walking distance. The apartments are very bright, lots of natural light. The host was very responsive. During summer it might be hot as there is no AC (but I have to mention the fan has been provided). We were missing pillow cases, but they were delivered the next day.
