    We had an amazing time in Warsaw. The property if I’m the perfect location if you’re coming from the station. Lots of nice places to eat and drink and in walking distances of local parks. The property itself was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend

  19. Нікому не раджу

    Positive: Місце розташування апартаментів непогане, поруч центр міста, кавʼярні Negative: Апартаментами займається не господар, а менеджери якогось агенства. Роблять це вкрай погано. У нас були проблеми з паролем від wi-fi він був невірним і не підходив, ніхто з менеджерів за 2 доби не спромоглися дати вірний пароль. Хоча я наголошувала, що мені для роботи він потрібен. Відповідали на повідомлення дуже довго, на дзвінки не відповідали взагалі. Коли ви зупиняєтесь в готелі, всі питання і проблеми є кому вирішувати. Коли господар займається орендою, він також зацікавлений в хороших відгуках, коли ж займаються хтозна-хто з менеджерів невідомо якого агенства - ніхто не вирішує проблеми і не допомагає. Вимикач світла ванної кімнати відсутній - світло має вимикатись автоматично, але за дві доби воно не вимикалось жодного разу 🤷‍♀️ не працює. Коли виїжджаєте з помешкання, ключ маєте лишити в скриньці біля квартири, але ворота у дворі відкриваються лише цим же ключом, як можливо і лишити ключ і відчинити ворота одночасно незрозуміло. Стільниця на кухні зі скла і розбита, її давно потрібно замінити бо можна травмуватись, але менеджерам байдуже! У мене залишились неприємні враження від організації оренди цих апартаментів, вибір у Варшаві великий, тому раджу вибирати інші помешкання!

    Добралися легко, гарне тихе місце, апартаменти виглядають, як на фото. Але нас очікувала серйозна проблема- відсутність вайфая! Пароль вказаний у листі і на самому роутері - був хибний! Так як був відсутній мобільний інтернет- ми опинилися зовсім без зв’язку. Для того, щоб звʼязатися з родичами приходилось виходити в кафе, ресторан аби спіймати вайфай. Зверталися за допомогою у всі можливі сервіси і контакти- ніякої реакції не дочекалися! Довелося вже на слідуючий день купувати нові сім картки і користуватися мобільним інтернетом. Відповідно телевізор навіть не вмикали, і не користувалися ним. Але з двох діб перебування, перша була зайнята в наш розвинений цифровий час пошуком інтернету. Виїхали сьогодні, так і не дочекавшись вайфаю 😔

    Was a nice apartment, but the Wi-Fi details are incorrect as mentioned by another reviewer previously. I had hoped it would have been fixed, but I had to buy expensive data add ons so I could work or use my phone as my UK data allowances don’t work in Poland. Some cups and utensils in the kitchen cupboards were dirty with what looked like leftover coffee remains in some of the mugs, there wasn’t as little as salt or oil in the kitchen as it’s completely empty, one of the only plug sockets is hanging out of a wall and looks very unsafe as mentioned by another previous guest in the reviews, towels weren’t laid out so we had to look in one of the cupboards which is broken also, iron is full of limescale and leaves white markets over your clothes.. Overall not the best stay unfortunately. We contacted the host who took a long time to respond and was not able to help, but instead we were passed onto different people. I would not stay here again and would recommend other places over this.

    The best location in Warsaw you could think of. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and was super clean and cosy. It has a nice balcony with a street view. The hosts were responsive and I was welcome to leave my suitcase ahead of check in. Would stay again

El apartamento necesita algunos retoques de mantenimiento , como arreglar las persianas, iluminación demasiado baja en el baño,manchas en el sofá, enchufe de pared colgando...pero en líneas generales aceptable. Lamentablemente no fueron capaces de proporcionar una contraseña válida para su Router durante toda mi estancia.

  49. Great localisation but terrible services and support from booking

    Positive: Great localisation Negative: It took 2 days from booking to share the correct wifi password. - no answers of my multiple messages, emails, and calls (no one available) during this time There were no towel available in the bathroom and I needed to wait an entire day for booking to provide them. No air condition, no fan, so it's very difficult to stay in the appartment for working when it's hot. The bed is not very confortable. Overall I think this studio is overprice for the quality
