    Квартира не погана,але були моменти які засмутили і принесли дискомфорт в перебуванні. Одна з них ,сковорідка яку не бачить індукція плити,коли повідомила про проблему і попросила її вирішити,нам пообіцяли замінити але ніхто цього не зробив за час нашого перебування,кухонної посуди дуже мало а деяка взагалі відсутня. Якщо ви розглядаєте квартиру для тривалого перебування звертайте на це увагу, в мене виникали проблеми в приготуванні їжі для дитини.

    Polecam tego gospodarza oraz apartament.Świetna lokalizacja, blisko stacja metra Bemowo,przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po Warszawie.W okolicy sklepy spozywcze,restauracje.W mieszkaniu mimo tego ze okna i balkon wychodzą na ulice, jest cicho. Apartament przytulny i czysty.Komunikacja z gospodarzem bardzo dobra.Napewno skorzystam ponownie😊

    Napisali że trzeba czekać do 16 ale jak weszliśmy do środka było posprzątane i zamieszkalismy po 12 godzinie. Słaba komunikacją między właścicielem a ekipą sprzątającą , wyglądało na to że nie było gości dzień wczesniej.

    Квартира розташована у гарному місці, де близько до всього, але присутня велика кількість мінусів: — квартира була неприбрана (пил на підлозі/столі, розводи на дверях, на балконі якась велика коробка лежала і перекривала прохід…); — небезпечні розетки, які потребують ремонту; — написано в описі, що присутній фен, але його не було; — не достатньо вимитий посуд (тому те, чим користувалися, довелося перемивати); —небезпечний скляний стіл, за який не один раз довелося вдаритися через вузький прохід до кухні…; —дуже незручна побудова у ванній кімнаті; Якби ми орендували житло на більше, ніж 3 дні, то жити там не є комфортно. Загалом - можемо радити цю квартиру в тому випадку, якщо ви врахуєте ці недоліки.

    Very good place to stay. I spent 4 weeks and it felt like a home, a lot of kitchen staff, 2 mins from Bemovo station. Highly recommend. P.s. in the instructions I received a wrong parking place number (looks like it is happening often with this apartment) so I recommend to look at parking card and use number from the card.

    Sauber, ordentlich, aber schlicht. Sehr laute Straßenlage. Bad ok, aber WC extrem wenig Platz. Haarfönn trotz Angabe nicht vorhanden. Übermäßig viele Schränke. Plisses nicht richtig eingestellt, nicht vollständig deckend. Doppelbett, aber nur eine Doppeldecke, statt zwei einzelne. Falscher Garagenplatz angegeben, notwendige Schrankenkarte nicht erwähnt. Wohnung in einer riesengroßen Anlage, sehr schwierig zu finden.

  51. Simply WORST stay with booking so far...

    Positive: Early check in to this "amazing" place... Negative: Everything else... I was traveling with my family, including small kid, for 3 nights. The place was poorly cleaned - dust and hairs on the floor in living room and bathroom. Part of the silverware was not cleaned and still placed in the drawer to use. The kitchen table was dirty. Host notified about it in the hour of arrival, answered that cleaning service will be called - it didn't show up till checkout... Multiple facilities were damaged: - toilet seat was damaged and basically not attached to the toilet bowl, - toilet was poorly splashing water since beginning and got stuck completely last night, - main light in bathroom, - all roller blind in Main room were somehow damaged and not working properly, first one fell on my head while opening balcony door We reported all of these issues to the host on the first day and second night but received no resolution or action. Additional issues: - card for the settlement access with car was provided, but without a remote that is needed to open the garage door. BTW, finding the parking place can be a real journey! Host answered: - "can't you use the card to get to the garage?". Guess what... No! And host should know that or explain how to use it... - there was only one pan in the kitchen, and it was not working with the induction stove... - there were no 2 complete sets of bed linen, so we could not prepare the 2nd bed. We reported all of these issues just after noticing them. Host answers quickly on every ticket, but this is only good thing as NO ACTION WAS TAKEN since check-in date and first tickets from my side, through the whole stay - even, if the toilet was not functioning last night (sic)! This is not the first time for me to use this host, and for the other apartments the situation was significantly better, so I am even more surprised that happened.
