Bellissimo appartamento, rapporto qualità prezzo ottima! Siamo stati benissimo, divano letto molto comodo e spazioso. Cucina e casa piena di elettrodomestici, qualunque cosa ti servisse c’era. Sarebbe stato meglio venisse indicato il numero dell’appartamento, oltre al piano, per trovare più facilmente quello giusto all’arrivo. Ma avere il self check-in è stato comodissimo. Poi la posizione veramente spettacolare. Super consigliato, anche per molto giorni

The place was nice and clean. The main problem with this place was the comunication with the host, we were 4 guests and the place was prepared just for 2 people, the host was not responding in any other time than between 8 am to 9 pm. We have arrived later so nobody was responding, thankfully we have found the bedding in the wardrobe, but we had to prepare the beds ourselves. The flat itself is centrally located and looks exactly like the pictures. Also the common hallway isnt the pretiest, but its because its old central flat.

Me habría encantado quedarme toda mi estadía aquí, lastimosamente fue reservado por alguien más y no pude extender mis días, pero sin dudarlo me quedaría en este departamento por el tiempo que sea, es lo mejor de lo mejor. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Positive: 1. Location is amazing. 2. Very warm apartments, which is important in winter. Negative: 1. The apartment was not cleaned before our move-in. There were hangers scattered around, dirty glass tables, a stained bed cover in the room, a dirty bathroom floor with shoe marks, and the cabinet under the sink, where I intended to place my cosmetics, was even worse. The kitchen was similarly dirty with crumbs in the cabinets, an empty box of laundry capsules (is that supposed to be part of the decor?), just one dishwashing capsule for the entire stay, and not a single trash bag. 2. The host's reluctance to resolve the cleaning issue. After a long chat conversation, they offered me a 10% discount without sending a discount code. They offer a 10% discount to everyone at the end of their stay. So... 3. Weak Wi-Fi signal. Constant internet issues, very poor signal.

The location doesn't get better - Old town, beautiful, easy to move around, public transport etc. The place itself was nice, bed was comfy, the bathroom was very nice. Had no issues really, everything was pleasant. Only issues we encountered was the loud neighbours, a bit unlucky there. And the communication was with several agents, most of them were quick to respond and explained everything well, but another agent couldn't give us clear instructions for check out and finding where to throw out our garbage. fortunately we got that resolved, so really the only issue was the neighbours during our stay that didn't make it a 5 star stay.

Su ubicación excelente y la decoración muy agradable.
Positive: Su ubicación y la decoración del apartamento. Muy bien equipado. Negative: No nos avisaron que estaban restaurando la fachada y que tenías andamios con los albañiles literalmente en tu ventana. En el salón donde yo dormía a las 6 de la mañana te entraba toda la luz y era imposible dormir. Le avisamos a la propiedad y tres días mas tarde contestó, que lo sentía y que nos haría un descuento para la próxima. Deberían de haber realizado el descuento en esta estancia ya que el repetir viaje a la misma ciudad es bastante improbable. Deberían de poner unas cortinas oscuras como en el dormitorio.

The location was great, although worth keeping in mind that taking a taxi may need a short walk. The market square is right there, lots of things are walkable or not far to get to using public transport. Since the flat faces the garden there is little noise in the evening too, which is great. The flat was as described, a very cosy and lovely space. The only real downside at the moment is that there are currently building works with scaffolding on buildings on both sides and on the garden side, meaning lie-ins/quiet afternoons are not to be expected.

This is a really, really nice apartment located in the middle of Old Town with easy access to everything - yet still on a quiet side street. I highly recommend this apartment but… At the moment the roof of the building is being replaced. This means workers arrive at 7 am and talk right outside the window, and climb up and down the scaffolding, which is right outside the window. At 7:30 am they begin working. The noise was so loud that it was impossible to carry on a normal conversation in the apartment. Even when we returned to the apartment at 4:30 or 5:00 pm to relax before going out for the evening, the workers and the noise were still there. This is not BookingHost’s fault, but it really was quite unbearable. So I highly recommend this apartment (and would give it a 5 star rating), just not now while the reroofing is taking place.

Ottima posizione , nel centro del centro, 20 mt dalla piazza nel palazzo più antico di cracovia (cosi' ci ha detto la guida). Unica pecca per noi come usuale in questi paesi le tende non oscuravano nulla, alle 4 del mattino era giorno pieno (siamo andati a luglio) . Se l'host provvede a delle tende oscuranti o altro e' perfetto. Comunque ci ritornerei tranquillamente. Excellent location, in the center of the city, 20 meters from the square in the oldest building in Krakow (so the guide told us). The only flaw for us, as usual in these countries, the curtains didn't obscure anything, at 4 in the morning it was full day (we went in July). If the host provides blackout curtains or something else, it's perfect. Nonetheless, I would happily return.

Das Apartment in der Altstadt war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Warschau. Wir hatten zwar anfänglich einige Schwierigkeiten, die Hausnummer zu finden, aber wurden dann überrascht. Die Wohnung sieht in echt noch viel schöner und gemütlicher aus als auf den Fotos. Sie ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es überall indirekte Lichtquellen gab. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es liegt super zentral in der Altstadt ganz in der Nähe des Marktplatzes und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann durch die Häuser sogar ein bisschen die Weichsel erblicken. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen!
