  1. У нас было раннее заселение и нас предупредили, что может прийти клининг и тд, в квартире не было...

    У нас было раннее заселение и нас предупредили, что может прийти клининг и тд, в квартире не было постельного и полотенец, мы ждали, но никто так и не пришел. Вечером мы позвонили и нам сказали, что в квартире чисто и про постельное просто забыли и нам принесут. В итоге мы ждали несколько часов, ничего не было, а полотенца и постельное принесли только после 18.00 (а мы после перелета), даже не позвонили в дверь, а просто кинули в пакете под дверью. Мы недовольны сервисом! В квартире было грязно, на диване и в ванной очень много волос, сложно назвать это чистотой. Не рекомендую эту квартиру.

    Everything was good and clean. Lived there for a week, so you’ll find everything you need for a mid term stay, all cooking items, washing machine, grocery store is 1 min from the building, etc.

  29. The apartment looked good, but the management company was beyond terrible. When we arrived they f...

    The apartment looked good, but the management company was beyond terrible. When we arrived they forgot to leave the keys in the keybox. Luckily we had wifi and could write the host or else we would’ve had to take our heavy luggage and go find a cafe with wifi! The cleaners left dirty sheets in the apartment, there was ZERO soap or anything! We couldn’t so much as wash our hands! No dish soap, shower gel, laundry capsules, NOTHING! Additionally there were additional chairs and a small table not in the original photos that were cluttering up the place and made it inconvenient to walk inside or open and close the windows. The apartment is also super hot so if you are traveling in the summer it’s really terrible. No A/C and not even a fan. When contacting the company they reply super rudely and impatiently but finally they delivered soap and some coffee after 4 hours. It’s a management company that doesn’t care about the renters or the properties. I feel bad for the owner. 1/10 experience.

    Хорошее жилье! Соответствует фото , все свежее и светлое. расположение хорошее рядом продуктовые магазины, недалеко есть ТЦ. Есть все для жизни, кроме посудомоечной машины. Кровать удобная для сна а вот диван не очень, не понятно как его разложить что бы было удобно полежать. соседей не слышно ничего не мешало отдыхать. Места не много но для двоих само то!
