  1. Mieszkanie z potencjałem ale słaby zarządzający.

    Positive: Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, dwie łazienki były udogodnieniem. Dużym plusem był sklep spożywczy tuż obok. Negative: Słaby kontakt z zarządzającym obiektem. Brak informacji o niedziałającym pilocie. Dostaliśmy pilota od budynku obok o czym dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero wskutek skargi. Słabo wyposażone mieszkanie. Sporym zaskoczeniem było śniadanie - dla 3osobowej rodziny 3 jogurty z płatkami.

    Positive: I liked the idea of breakfast delivery, the underground parking, and the barrier. The flat's design also looks nice. The neighbors were silent. Negative: The breakfast arrived on time, but unfortunately, the vegetables we received on two occasions were bad and inedible. I acknowledge that it may not have been the season for those vegetables, which could be why they were not fresh. The flat was initially clean, but we had to extend our stay, and we received a text message to check-out. We followed the instructions because we were expecting the flat to be cleaned, but unfortunately, it was not cleaned as expected. I appreciated the underground parking option, but the remote control did not open the gate, so I was unable to drive in. I contacted the service via email and text message, but I did not receive any response. When I called to enquire about the parking remote, I was informed that it would take a couple of days to fix, which was after my stay was over. I was also told that they were too busy to respond to my email inquiry. Although I liked the design of the flat, it appeared to be a bit run-down. It would be great if it could be updated and renovated a bit, especially the hob, which could be replaced with an induction one.

    Spacious, with 2 bathrooms, well-organized, clean, very light apartment, good for stay with family or big company, enough towels and bed sheets in the wardrobe room. The host ordered a breakfast for us which was very nice. The only concern we had with the parking: there's a parking place in the underground garage, but host did not leave the remote control for opening the door. We had to open the door to garage manually from the inside - enter the house through the entrance, go down to the garage and open it by pressing 'up' button. Beside that everything was good.

    In general nice apartment in nice districtct . Not possible to get in touch with booking host. I called them three times when I have problems, it was no réponse and no call back . Apartment wasn’t as clean as it should be . Broken toilet , dirty sofa in living room with spots and someone’s hair . Dishes was dirty before you I clean it one more time one for use . Very nice that apartment have covered parking place and nice big terrace . Also they have problems with entrance . Safe deposit for key may stick and this happened with us. We try to open it more than 30 minutes and still no response from company …and no excuse for this

    Groot appartement. Rustige locatie 20 -30 min rijden van stadscentrum. Keuken mag wat onderhoud hebben en voorkeur voor gewoon bed ipv slaapbank die er staat. Gordijnen niet geheel over de lengte van de ramen. Verder heel netjes en leuke woonkamer.

    Wir waren mit unser 3 jährige Sohn in Warschau und haben uns bewusst für eine Wohnung am Stadtrand entschieden da wir mit Auto unterwegs waren. Daher hat uns der Garage Platz sehr gefallen, da wir sicher unser Auto unten parken können. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns drei. Küche haben wir außer Frühstück kaum benutzt da wir immer draußen gegessen haben. Das einzige was uns gestört hat waren die kleinen Insekten die in der kleine Badezimmer waren. Die waren winzig klein, hauptsächlich am Klobrille, aber später haben wir auch festgestellt dass die auch an die Wänden und Badetücher, die wir die Nacht vorher hingehängt haben drauf.

    Lovely apartment. Was perfect for us, we were travelling with a 2 year old. Playground at the end of the road, lovely park 1 minute walk, shops below apartment (and Lidl close by), chemist. Family friendly area. This isn’t central Warsaw but was perfect for us when visiting family in the area. The apartment itself was a great space, 2 bathrooms, big bedrooms, nice large living area which again was perfect for us. Could do with slightly more cooking equipment if you were cooking meals there but wasn’t a problem for us as we ate at our family’s house.

    Positive: Большие комнаты, много мебели, большой балкон, кухня, комната-студия. 2 туалета и душ, тоже большой плюс. Negative: Обслуживающая компания по убоке убирает только открытые поверхности. Завтрак сложно назвать завтраком. Особенно, где входит йогурт. Всё оставили на месте. Лучше брать этот номер без завтрака и в другом месте поесть.

  75. Super für einen Kurztrip nach Warschau mit Familie.

    Positive: Das Appartement war sehr sauber und ordentlich , zwei Badezimmer waren sehr gut und es gab jeden Tag ein kleines Frühstück, ebenso am Check-Out Tag Negative: Die Tiefgarage und Parkplatz haben wir erst am zweiten Tag gefunden, die Einfahrt war nachts nicht erkennbar und telefonisch haben wir niemand erreicht.

    Квартира очень понравилась, фото соответствует, много окон, светлая,чистая, в закрытом охраняемом комплексе. яДостаточно полотенец и постельного белья. Приносили завтрак каждый день. Заказали и через час заселились, быстро и без проблем. Выехали на 2 часа позже, никто нас не беспокоил. Спасибо, приедем ещё.
