  25. Nice flat overall

    Positive: It is a very spacious flat with a lot of sun. Awesome location. Also, the breakfast delivery was great. Negative: The furniture was worn-out - holes, stains, etc. It could use a makeover. Also, the shower is open, so water gets everywhere, even if you try to stop it.

    The kitchen wasn’t equipped with appropriate Kitchenware. The floor wasn’t cleaned as it should be. The building wasn’t that nice. The next door neighbour conversations is easy transferee through thin wall. The bathroom drowns water slowly which seemed to be relatively blocked and not taking care of. the place was smaller than what it was shown in the pictures

    In general, the apartment looks the same as in the photo. But the owner doesn`t take macro photos, so it isn`t immediately possible to notice how dirty the apartment is. A lot of dark hair, stains and old dust are visible on white surfaces. The kitchen smelled of burnt or sour food for a very long time, you just needed to air it out. But this greatly spoils the impression. The chairs look clean from a distance, but up close you can see stains. Stains are also on the curtains, on the white bed linen. The hose from the washing machine is not fixed. Therefore, the water just starts to flow on the floor, you need to hold it with your hands. A dirty carpet on the floor, on which you really don't want to step on with clean feet. For the cleaning of the apartment, an additional half of the cost of 1 night is charged, but this cleaning is not actually done. Otherwise, the location is easy to find. The yard is quiet, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear even footsteps in the entrance

    i liked to stay at this apartment. the bed was comfortable and the flat was enough for 3 nights. it was almost clean (a few hairs and dust were in the flat). the area was ok, public transportation is really good there and the communication with the host worked well. what i didn’t like: you could everything from the neighbor‘s flat (television and dog barking) and it seemed like the walls are really thin

    Отличная квартира в хорошем районе недалеко от центра, есть всё необходимое для краткосрочного проживания, квартира полностью соответствует описанию, очень удобная кровать, настоящий подарок для вашей спины. Единственный минус - недостаточно посуды для приготовления еды, но вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, всегда можно что-то перекусить без проблем. Также хотелось бы порекомендовать хозяину оставлять для гостей жидкость для мытья посуды, дополнительную туалетную бумагу и мешки для мусора. В остальном всё просто замечательно. Рекомендую

    Very nice place and good location. Pretty and quiet. Only drawbacks were that the host didn’t provide standard household items. There was no toilet paper on my arrival (in the late evening, when stores are generally closed) and only one bath and one hand towel. Nothing for dishes, no paper towels. I was told that I had to provide all those items myself, which made the early part of my stay inconvenient.
