    Semana de Páscoa 2024 Uma estadia maravilhosa. Localização excelente. Um bairro maravilhoso. Pertinho do Metro e com muitos transportes públicos perto. Cafés, excelentes restaurantes, espaços verdes, etc - maravilhoso! Junto ao rio, com uma ponte onde é possível atravessar a pé. Pertíssimo a pé do Centro da cidade (Rua Nowy Swiat), do Museu Chopin e do Centro Copérnico. Todas as dúvidas nos foram esclarecidas rapidamente. Sentimos sempre que tínhamos apoio se fosse necessário. Quando voltarmos a Varsóvia, sem dúvida que queremos voltar a ficar neste local!

    Positive: La ubicación es muy buena y el piso es amplio. Negative: El código de la puerta de entrada al portal no funcionaba como me indicaron. Por otro lado el apartamento no tiene 2 baños como sale en la descripción, es por un lado la bañera y por otro lado un vater por lo que tenerlo en cuenta porque es publicidad engañosa.

    Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und befindet sich in einer guten Umgebung. Sie ist weder von der Innenstadt, noch von der Altstadt weit entfernt. Es sind viele Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und das Preis leistungserhältnis ist unschlagbar. Perfekt für mehrere Tage in Warschau. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Warschau kommen dann gerne wieder diese Unterkunft.

  25. Deludente appartamento, puzza di fumo di sigarette dalla ventola e in tutto l'appartamento

    Positive: Buona posizione e assistenza disponibile Negative: Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a fare il checkin perché non trovavamo il cancello dell'ingresso, le istruzioni erano poco chiare. L'appartamento molto grande ma qualitativamente deludente e diverso rispetto alle foto su booking, che a quanto pare sono state ritoccate molto bene. Oltre alla pavimentazione rumorosissima che ad ogni passo svegliava tutti in casa, c'è un grossissimo problema con la ventola del bagno che, per qualche incomprensibile motivo, portava dentro l'appartamento il fumo da fuori e, in particolare, il fumo di sigarette. Quindi avevamo in bagno dell'aria di fumo di sigaretta irrespirabile, che chiaramente si disperdeva in tutta la casa. Ho segnalato il problema alla struttura, la quale mi ha detto che purtroppo non potevano fare nulla ma a mio avviso, non è vero: non penso sia la prima volta e credo che il problema fosse già noto, quindi credo che avrebbero potuto ripararlo in passato, oppure darmi un riaccredito di parte della cifra, oppure cambiarmi appartamento, oppure rimborsarmi e cancellare la prenotazione. Nel complesso, soprattutto per questa ultima problematica del fumo di sigaretta, sconsiglio totalmente questa struttura.

    Positive: Деревянная мебель ,тихо ,уютно, мне особенно Сковорода ,а мужу радио. И хотелось поблагодарить за гостеприимство, это так мило приходишь вечером уставший , а там бутылочка вина, чай , кофе, лёд в морозилке . Спасибо огромное Negative: Планировка немного не удобная , но для нас было важнее хорошо выспаться и отдохнуть для следующего дня и удобные кровати с матрасами всё с лихвой компенсируют.

Negative: Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione per 6 persone ma ci siamo trovati solo 2 letto ed un divano letto non preparato per le altre due persone, siamo andati alla ricerca di coperte e lenzuola per provvedere alla sistemazione delle altre due persone. Nel prezzo era inclusa una colazione intercontinentale della quale non abbiamo visto nemmeno l’ombra e tra l’altro l’appartamento è difficile da trovare e non è intuitiva la sua posizione. Lo staff assente a messaggi e chiamate di informazione.

    The place is clean and spacious. Especially the bathtub was pretty large and comfortable, which helped me recover after taking a long flight. The location was perfect, with a short walk (around 10 mins) to downtown with good food. Some issues with WiFi had to be fixed by restarting the router multiple times - we didn't notice this, so we only found the WiFi worked a day before our departure. Although communicating with the host was occasionally frustrating when we were trying to figure out WiFi due to the lack of quick response, they have been mostly be generous as the host is helping to ship a pair of headphones I forgot at the place. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

    Positive: Alles sehr geräumig, das Bad ist sehr schön und die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Lage wirklich hervorragend und wahnsinnig nahan der Innenstadt! Negative: Leider riecht die Wohnung sehr nach kaltem Zigaretten Rauch, das war doch eher unschön. Die Schlafzimmer sind vergleichsweise ungünstig geschnitten, man muss also einander doch eher gut kennen.

Bardzo duży metraż, przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka i duże okna. Dostawa śniadania do mieszkania! Negative: Problemem było znalezienie odpowiedniej bramy i klatki. Skrzypiące podłogi (choć z drugiej strony nadawały miejscu specyficzny klimat).

Appartement is like on the pictures, newly and well designed interior, well equipped kitchen, separated toilet from bathroom and big living room. be aware that one of the two bedrooms is accessible only through the first bedroom. we appreciated the cleanliness!
