    Alles hat gut gepasst. Einziges kleines Manko: Es ist zwar Platz für 10 Leute, es gibt aber nur drei Doppelbetten. Die 2 ausziehbaren Couches, die wir noch benötigt haben, haben wir selber überziehen mussten.

  3. Molto piacevole. Varsavia è bellissima, tranquilla, interessante.

    Positive: La posizione è bellissima, vicino a un bel parco e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Un panorama stupendo dalle finestre è tanto silenzio intorno. Negative: I pavimenti scricchiolano ad ogni passo e non ci sono stanza separate sicché non abbiamo avuto molta privacy dovendo dormire 4 in una stanza.

  5. It was good but could be better! Perfect for 6, only acceptable for 8-10 if more chair,bedlinen etc.

    Positive: Perfecte ligging voor stadsbezoek Warschau. Ruim appartement.met twee mooie slaapkamers.ideaal voor 6 personen. Badkamer met bad en toilet. Afzonderlijk toilet en douche. Er waren opgedekte bedden en handdoeken voor 6 personen. Negative: We hadden echter gereserveerd voor 9 personen. Perfect voor 6 personen. Extra slaapgelegenheid in living voldeed niet. Sofabed in living defect. En onvoldoende bedlinen en handdoeken. Ook weinig bestek in de keuken en weinig stoelen voor 9 bezoekers.

  9. Ottimo alloggio per una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo di amici

    Positive: Posizione ottima, se si arriva in auto nessun problema a trovare parcheggio (a pagamento). L'appartamento e' al secondo piano e puo' ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Ha una cucina attrezzata e con un bel tavolo. Due bagni , entrambi con doccia, ma uno di questi ha la doccia in una stanza separata Negative: Le chiavi sono messe in un locker vicino al portone d'ingresso ed il codice e' comunicato dall'host, ma abbiamo avuto grosse difficolta' a trovare l'appartamento poiche' sulle chiavi c'era scritto un numero che non corrispondeva al numero dell'appartamento e quindi abbiamo girato per mezz'ora all'interno del condominio alla ricerca dell'appartamento. Alla fine riguardando i messaggi ricevuti dall'host, in uno di questi c'era scritto il numero dell'appartamento.

    Positive: Posizione Negative: Deludente Per accedere in struttura poco chiaro, sistemazione richiesta non era come ci aspettavamo, dicono che ci sono 3 bagni invece solo 2, coperte e asciugamani non erano abbastanza per tutti gli ospiti, la colazione in ritardo abbiamo lasciato la struttura senza perché non si è visto nessuno Assistenza assente sia dal proprietario che da Booking Deposito bagagli non possibile Deludente

    Positive: The apartment was big, nice, convenient and in a good location Negative: The Wifi in the apartment did not work at all. We complained about it ever day to the company in charge but they could not fix the problem .We asked for a technician to come over and deal with the problem (maybe replace the router) but they ignored our request. We had to pay a big sum of money to our local cellular company for a cellular connection internet connection. .Apparently it is a problem that cannot be fixed. When we booked the apartment, the wifi grade was 3 of 10 but we thought that the owner had already taken care of this problem. So if you need Wifi stay away from this apartment, otherwise it's good and convenient

    Positive: Superb and location, very close to Krakowskie Przedmieście, Nowy Świat and metro station. Loads of space and 2 bathrooms helpful to accommodate a larger group. Good responsiveness from the agency, accommodated our early check-in. Availability of breakfast was a nice surprise in an apartment. Negative: Wi-if didn’t seem to work for us.

  43. Sliten lägenhet med bra läge.

    Positive: Läget är superbra! Negative: Mjuka sängar, möbler som var slitna/trasiga. Huset såg väldigt tråkigt ut med klotter och en del puts som trillat av. Trasig belysning i trapphuset och endast en väldigt liten och trång hiss. Lägenheten i sig hade också behövt en renovering. Frukosten som ingick var ok, dock så fick vi för 3 pers när vi var 4. Sista dagen blev det rätt. Tv:n fungerade inte heller.

  49. Super lokalizacja. Catering śniadaniowy niestety do poprawy

    Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Śniadania były dużym minusem. Na 3 doby naszego pobytu dwa razy otrzymaliśmy na śniadanie jogurt naturalny z dodatkami + soczek + nieświeży rogalik. Nie każdy lubi/może jeść takie sniadania a nie mieliśmy mozliwosci wyboru innej opcji…. Na jedno śniadanie otrzymaliśmy wędliny/sery i inne dodatki do pieczywa ale niestety pieczywo było nieświeże….

    The apartment is located very perfectly in the middle of Warsaw - just between the Old town and New town. The apartment is very simple and it has everything. It would be nice if the living room was made more cosy with an upgrade of furniture etc. It would also be nice with an extra key as the key lockbox principle is a bit anoying. However, overall the apartment and host was fantastic 💪

    Positive: Ładne mieszkanie, wygodne, dużo miejsca. Świetna lokalizacja. Negative: Śniadania nie były zbyt dobre, dzieciom nie smakowały, byłam zmuszona kupować im coś innego. Dwa razy brakowało rogalików i soczków. Nie było światła na korytarzu , wieczorem musieliśmy świecić latarkami, aby iść bezpiecznie po schodach i włożyć klucz do drzwi.

    Positive: Die Lage war gut. Negative: Der Schlüssel war in einer fast unauffindbaren Box hinterlegt. Wir hatten für 10 Personen gebucht, aber maximal 8 Schlafplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

  115. Excellent location, large apartment, great stay.

    Positive: The location is superb. The flat is large and light, although it looks a little rundown from the outside/hallway. Excellent breakfasts were provided after a few teething issues. Communication with the host was very good. Well equipped kitchen, large dining table. Two good toilets, bath shower & separate shower. Comfortable beds. Towels provided. Negative: We had a few early difficulties with breakfasts, as we believe some were stolen from outside the apartment door. The internet & TV were poor and only worked intermittently. Some basic maintenance (bedroom door creaked badly and was difficult to shut) and small expenditure (a wardrobe in large bedroom, lack of basic items eg tea towel, and extra mirrors in each bedroom) would really make this a first class accommodation.

    Positive: Witam.Co do śniadań to trzeba się dokładnie doczytać..Czekałam na śniadanie w niedzielę z rana a tu haczyk że trzeba się w sobotę do odpowiedniej godziny zgłosić i obejmowało by to śniadanie niedzielne.W poniedziałek śniadanie było dostarczone i jak na 8 osób to bardzo dobre porcje i sposób dostarczenia. Negative: Liczyliśmy na większy standard w tej cenie...chociaż wiemy jakie są teraz ceny i że to Warszawa ale jesteśmy z różnych środowisk i stwierdziliśmy że bardzo wygórowana cena jak za takie lokum.Nie wiem czy najpierw trafia ta wiadomość do wynajmującego ale po pokoju telewizyjnym można stwierdzić że wynajmujący lub osoba zajmująca się poprzez pośrednictwo idzie bardzie na ilość niż na jakość ,,,,Proszę zmienić troszkę wpis co do odbioru kluczy ze schowka ......bardziej skupiliśmy się na wewnętrznych kratach okiennych a to kosztowało nas 30 minut

    Positive: Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, 10 osób może czuć prywatność, plus za dwie łazienki. Lokalizacja wyśmienita, ścisłe śródmieście. Śniadanie smaczne, dostarczone zgodnie z umową. W łazience dużo ręczników i mydła w płynie do kąpieli. Negative: Trzeszczące podłogi szybko zdradzają nocne spacery do łazienki. Z jednej toalety wydobywa się przykry zapach kanalizacji, kuchnia mogła by być lepiej wyposażona w naczynia, kieliszki, miski i talerze. W mieszkaniu mógłby być większy kosz na śmieci, po jednym dniu przy obecności 8 osób był całkowicie zapełniony.

    Positive: The appartment is spacious and beautiful. The location near the city center is great. There is two toilets, a bathroom and a shower which is very cool for a group of friends. Negative: There was a sewage smell in the appartment near the toilets ans bathroom. The number of breakfast did not match the number of guest. However, there was enough food for everyone. There was not enough duvets and pillow's linen for everyone. The ventilation grilles where disgusting and full of dust.

Wyposażenie bogate, herbata, kawa, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, kosmetyki łazienkowe czyli wszystko to co jest niezbędne dzieki czemu nie musimy dźwigać dodatkowego bagażu.     Positive: Apartament duży, przestronny, czysty. Dobry kontakt, szybka pomoc i odpowiedź na każde pytanie. Duży plus za schowek na klucze. Bardzo przytulnie. Osobna kuchnia -wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Duża jadalnia - salon z balkonem. Generalnie pobyt udany i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni ☺️ Negative: Jedyny minus za zapach w łazience i brak pościeli dla trzech osób, które miały spać na sofach. Geboekt voor 8 personen maar slechts bedden opgemaakt voor 6, zetelbedden moesten zelf nog opgemaakt worden. Voor de zetelbedden vonden we ook geen grote handdoeken. Ook geen vuilzakken die voorzien waren. Slechts 1 sleutel voor de voordeur, terwijl er wel een intercom was om binnen te raken.

    Positive: Śniadanie w formie cateringu, który otrzymaliśmy z góry na dwa dni co było dobrym rozwiązaniem (nie dotyczy to chleba). Super lokalizacja. 17 min spacerkiem do Pałacu Kultury. Duża przestrzeń. Byliśmy w 8 osób i każdy miał kąt dla siebie. Negative: Po przyjeździe okazało się że w mieszkaniu było strasznie zimno (kaloryfery były zakręcone, jeden kompletnie w salonie nie działał) i zanim się nagrzało to był kolejny dzień. W jednym z pokoi nie dało się spać bo było tak zimno. Na szczęście udało się przenieść łóżko do innego. Ogólnie pobyt zaliczamy do udanych choć z jednego prysznica nie korzystaliśmy przez bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w tym pomieszczeniu. Przy 8 osobach brakło środków toaletowych.

    Renata was very kind in meeting us even through our flight arrived very late at night. The place was very clean and some great details in design. We were 2 families , total 7 people and had a very comfortable stay. It was a heatwave in Europe when we were there, so it was a little warm at night, but I do not think that is a problem most of the time. We recommend this apartment and would visit again. Great location :)

    The Apartment is centrally located, good sized and could sleep 4 persons in the two bedrooms plus additional persons on sofas in the living room. It is very clean, has a nice sized kitchen, two half bathrooms (toilets) plus a separate shower. It would be very helpful in advance to tell the owners whether you plan to arrive from the airport, train, or via car so they can provide recommendations for finding the Apt. In general, we think it earned a 4-Star rating on a scale of 1 to 5.

Bed are good and the 2 bathroom is a plus. A friend of Reneta and Roberts welcomed us late in the night, and helped us all along the weekend with good adress to eat or go out. Very good experience

    Bel appartement, bien situé à proximité du centre historique de Varsovie. Très propre et bien équipé notamment avec un lave-vaisselle. Il manquait tout de même un grille-pain. Le seul petit bémol fut un peu flottement dans la communication avec l'hôte qui est une agence de location le jour avant notre arrivée. Mais cela a bien été résolu et nous avons pu entrer dans l'appartement sans problème. A noter que le stationnement dans les rues avoisinantes est payant et les agents de la ville sont très efficaces pour vous verbaliser, ce qui fut notre cas pour 10 minutes de dépassement et 50 zl d'amende.
