Un nido de problemas
Positive: Nada Negative: El alojamiento no corresponde con la descripción, no está en el centro de la ciudad sino a más de 40 minutos andando. No hay dos camas y un sofà cama sino una sola cama y un sofà cama con lo cual no es apto para 4 personas. Reservamos para 4 y uno tuvo que dormir en un sofá muy incómodo y dejaron solo 3 toallas y en toda la estancia no se dignaron a solucionarlo por lo que una persona no tenía con que secarse. Nada más llegar nos encontramos una montaña de ropa sucia de los anteriores inquilinos y no se dignaron a recogerla. La mampara de la ducha tenía una puerta que no cerraba bien, se salía todo el agua y encima de todos estos inconvenientes, nos reclaman un daño que no hemos hecho y que era preexistente (el de la ducha). Es una absoluta vergüenza que encima de sufrir todo esto, tengan la cara dura de reclamarnos un daño que no hemos causado cuando lo que deben hacer es compensaremos por todo lo que hemos sufrido. Positive: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man hat dadurch relativ kurze Laufwege, aber es ist auch sehr laut wegen des Straßenverkehrs. Aber wer fährt schon zum Schlafen nach Warschau😉 Negative: Die Dusche: der Duschkopf ist wenig beweglich und das Licht im Bad könnte heller sein. Aber ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht.

Positive: Mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko. Duże i przestronne więc nie masz uczucia bycia w klatce. Przyjemny pobyt. Negative: Brakowało ekspresu do kawy ale jak trzeba kilka kawiarni w okolicy i Żabka na dole. Z czystości, to dywany potrzebują więcej uwagi przy odkurzaniu. Poza tym nie mam żadnych więcej uwag.

Amazing stay, I will come back
Positive: The location is just perfect, close to everything. Also ideal for morning runners, several parks are pretty close by. Many great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers are around. Everything you may need is present in this apartment. And also an amazing view of the city center (central road). The apartment itself is big, with huge windows and a lot of light. I will definitely stay again. Negative: Since the windows look at a major city road, it's pretty noisy because of it. But if you have earplugs, the problem is solved :)

Despite the problems with the showert it was great to live there! We recommend this place.
Positive: We really liked the apartments. Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. There are dishes for cooking, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, cutlery, vacuum cleaner. In the same building there is a Zabka store, nearby there are Bedronka, street cafes and restaurants. Good soundproofing between apartments. Transport runs great on time. Very hospitable owner. We would stay here again. Negative: The shower didn't work properly. The service did not provide proper actions for a long time. There were not enough pillowcases for 5 guests, but there were a lot of duvet covers) TV only in Polish. Having air conditioning would make this place the best.

Since no AC is available. at least some fans should have been provided. - check in time at 4pm and rejected our request to check in at 3:00 pm (given the checkout at 11 i think there is enough time to accommodate) - at this price range I definitely would pick a hotel for the reasons mentioned.

Positive: It was well located near some good restaurants and the main streets. They had a washing machine and iron which was useful. Negative: It was not possible to contact anyone re questions we had. The apartment smelt of smoke (the window was open when we arrived), the curtain in the lounge was not properly fixed on the rail and came off over the course of our stay. We were told there were two sofa beds, but there was one sofa bed and two couches, although there was plenty of bed linen and towels. Only one bulb in the light of the main bedroom worked and there was no information folder to give us details of the internet access. The place was described as a superior apartment but came across as cheaply furnished without personal care and attention and was therefore hardly "superior". We would not recommend anyone to stay there as it is currently operated.

Positive: Very clean with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Also, modern enough. Comfortable and with everything you need for your stay. We didn’t want for anything. Negative: No things left by other people, except salt. I like when apartments are owned by a single person and not managed because that way things like pepper, coffee and such are left and I in turn leave mine for others to use. That’s a small thing though, just means we buy and waste left.

Un appartement d une société qui en gère plus d une centaine et qui prend ses clients pour des idiots . L appartement donne sur la rue la plus bruyante de Varsovie alors que l adresse donnée est celle de l immeuble est celle d une rue calme . L isolation est très mauvaise , donc très bruyant et les canapés lits sont des clics clacs , on dort sur les canapés . Bref mauvaise expérience , appartement a eviter !!

The Positives: The apartment is nice and exactly as the pictures, very clean, very comfortable bed, super central location, and very clean sheets and towels. The Negatives: 1-The host forgot to mention that there is major construction in the building and also next door, they were drilling and hitting the whole time. 2-Also the apartment is on a very busy street which is so annoying as you hear the tram,cars, and motorcycles the whole time. So in other words you have the construction noise from one side and car traffic noise from another side, so annoying. 3-There is no air conditioner, even though in the description it states that there is no air conditioning, but it was so uncomfortable and unbearable for me, since it’s very hot here, about 30 degrees. You think it’s going to be okay without air conditioner but it won’t. It’s a must, especially in summer. 4-The check in was late, you can’t check in until 15:00 Pm, and that was uncomfortable for me since I arrived to Warsaw 9:00 am almost 6 hours before, I asked the host if it was possible to check in early around 12:00 but they said No. Other hosts try to help you and let you check in early if the room is available, but with these host I didn’t get any help in this situation, even though it wasn’t a big thing, but I would have appreciated the help. 5-Also the host wasn’t clear in instructions since it’s a self check in, they forgot to mention which door you take after you enter the main gate. Cuz after the main gate there is a small yard with many buildings doors, i had to guess which one by checking which code open the building door. The building door is the first door on the right after entering the main gate. And also they tell you the apartment number but the number isn’t written on the apartment door. I had to spend 30 minutes between looking for which building which apartment it was. 6-The toilet is very small and uncomfortable, it’s like kids size toilet.

The apartment is located in the city center, so sometimes street noises can be heard. There is no information in our offer that the apartment has air conditioning. In such cases, we provide fan to the apartment. Unfortunately, check-in is possible from 4PM because it must be cleaned and prepared for the arrival of a new guest. A number has already appeared on the door of the apartment so thanks to your attention, it is easier for guests to get to the apartment. We stayed here 2 nights and it is in the middle of the city. And very nearby a lot of nice restaurants. The internet is very fast and the apartment is very big. The check in instruction where a bit unclear as they did not mention which door you have to take after the gate. It was the first door on the right after the gate. Also be aware that you have to type the unit code then the key button and then the access code. The apartment is on the second floor at the left end of the floor. The previous person complained about the noise from drilling in the building. I heard some drilling but it was not very loud. Outside noise is city noise and for me it was not really a problem, I think it comes with a old building and being in the city. If you are looking for a nice restaurant opposite the apartment building is a very nice one with some great steaks on the menu. Overall we had a good stay and it is great to have a dishwasher and washing machine.
