    A nice apartment in great localization in Warsaw, that's a huge plus. It may be bit loud from the street but you'll be fine if you take the earplugs. I had an issue with check-in due to incorrect instructions from the Host. But all solved well and they were communicative and responsive.

    Positive: Not far from the city center, nice parks, embassy area and the main train station. You can also walk to the old town, but it it is little bit more far away. Kitchen is equipped with basic needs. Nice bed. Pizzeria Oliwka nearby makes good pizzas. Restaurant U Szwejka nearby seems to be often full (so be on time). There are many cafes etc. not far from the apartment. The Plac Konstytucji square has interesting socialist architecture Negative: Traffic noise, soap dispensers were empty (anyway smaller tubes were filled in), no two mugs of the same type available, only one bin for all waste (so: no segregation). Not sure if there was said to be electric coffee maker, but in anyway there was not one

Po telefonie do właścicielki śniadanie pojawiło się około godz. 11, ale zupełnie inne niż to, które było wpisane na bookinghost. Jestem zawiedziona, ponieważ w cenie było śniadanie na sobotę i niedzielę, a my dostaliśmy tylko w sobotę. Nie czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez właścicielkę obiektu, ponieważ do późnych godzin porannych musieliśmy prosić się o śniadanie, które mieliśmy zagwarantowane. Na dodatek nie dostaliśmy drugiego śniadania na niedzielę…

  27. Celkově jsme s pobytem byli spokojeni a rádi se sem vrátíme.

    Positive: Lokalita byla výborná, měli jsme to kousek na metro nebo autobus. Pokoj byl velmi čistý, vybavení na výborné úrovni. Negative: V ceně pobytu byla snídaně, kterou jsme dle hostitele měli mít ráno za dveřmi, ale nebyla... Vzhledem k tomu, že byla venkovní teplota kolem 30 °C, by přišla v noci vhod klimatizace.

    Great location that is just minutes away from many restaurants in Warsaw. There’s also a convenience store that is a minute away for any last minute food items you need. The room is exactly as described and I didn’t have any issues besides opening the main door and the host was responsive with helping me out. The breakfast meal each morning was a nice bonus for one person. Quiet area at night, a bit warm in the summer but manageable, and overall a cozy room with kitchen makes this airbnb room a recommendation for travelers. Thanks!

    Positive: I liked the design of the apartment a lot, french balcony is amazing, when you lay at the bed you don’t see the kitchen which makes this apartment exceptional Negative: Soap bottles were empty, soap refilling was done after my request even if owner agreed to do it. Also the owner provides only one big blanked which is enough but it was very frustrating for me

    Excellent location. The decor is good and good quality. Everything that was needed was in the kitchen. Washing machine worked fine and there was iron and ironing board. Shower gel and shampoo was rather limited but there is Rossman round the corner. The apartment is noisy - it faces a busy street, so cars and buses move there all the time. These blend into white noise and I could not hear any human voices over it. I was quite happy with breakfast delivered every morning. Nothing fancy (not hotel quality) but enough to get you going in the morning. Fresh bread can be bought in one of 2 bakeries within 100 meters distance from the apartment, which makes breakfasts much more enjoyable.

    Помешкання мені загалом дуже сподобалось. Чіткі інструкції для прибуття, легко знайти квартиру. Власник був постійно на зв‘язку та доволі швидко відповідав якщо щось було не ясно. В будинку є ліфт. Сама квартира дуже гарна і має все основне для комфортного перебування: велике зручне ліжко, зручні подушки, плита, чайник, посуд, пральна машинка. Не було мікрохвильовки але для мене це не суттєво. В пральній машинці заїдають двері, тому це створило трохи стресову ситуацію так як я не могла дістати свої речі перед відїздом, але власник швидко відповідав та допомагав порадами. Машинку довелось трохи потрусити щоб відкрити двері. В квартирі чисто, великі вікна, плотні штори. Знаходитись там насправді дуже приємно та комфортно. Повноцінного балкону немає, але вікна повністю відкриваються. Трохи шумно в квартирі через те що вікна виходять на дорогу, але не критично. Порадували маленькі бонуси: пляшечка вина в холодильнику та сніданки.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Mimo tego, że uprzedziłam o której godzinie będę, musiałam czekać aż ktoś przyjedzie i przekaże mi klucze. Po kontakcie telefonicznym zostałam zapewniona, że dostanę "rekompensatę" za niedogodności. Choć pobyt został przedłużony i trwał dłużej, rekompensaty się nie doczekałam. W pokoju bardzo głośno całą noc. Po powrocie nie było możliwości, żeby odpocząć, a o wyspaniu się nie było mowy. Pierwszy raz nie jestem zadowolona ze śniadań, praktycznie się nie najadałam (choć mało jem).

  67. Отличный вариант. Но не зимой.

    Positive: Уютно, неплохо обставлена, хороший ремонт и отличное месторасположение. Завтрак включен Negative: Очень холодно, ужасные окна из которых дует, я по итогу простудился, в квартире наверное +16°, и этого только+2° на улице. Нет внимания к деталям: ржавая сковородка, нет микроволновки, плед на кровати никогда не стирали и у меня на него была аллергия.

    Positive: the location is great, the apartment itself very sunny and warm Negative: the communication with the renting company was the issue firstly to pick up the key as they operating only within 4-8pm which is super short time and very inconvenient for a traveler. secondly they made me at night to drive to one area to pick up the key and then only to drive another 10 mins by taxi to this apartment it could have been done much easier but they refused to leave me a key anywhere else. the apartment didn’t have soaps, detergent or even enough toilet paper. I booked 8 nights and I received only 1 toilet paper, 5 tea bags, couple of pepper and salt samples. when I mentioned about in the message no one ever brought it to me. the daily breakfast is either 2 toasts with cheese, ham,cottage cheese pate and juice or yoghurt with muesli and juice.

It was a lovely surprise when they left a bottle of champagne in the room. It is perfectly located in the centre of Warsaw, there were great restaurants within walking distance.     The good: Perfect location, Clean, well furnished Comfortable bed Not so good: Communication - call them, don't try to send emails. You will get nowhere Check-in time is at 4 pm !!! Ask for an extra blanket, as the one provided is just ok. Breakfast - mine was included in the price, but for is not worth the money. I asked to be cancelled, and it was, for two days! Then started to be delivered again. Looks like there is an internal communication issue. I left two days ago, but still getting text messages "don't forget to drop the keys in the letterbox." Overall, a great place to stay just could be managed better.

    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja! Apartament jest dość przestronny jak na kawalerkę. Na plus również oddzielony aneks kuchenny: dobrze wyposażony, z piekarnikiem i wszelkimi potrzebnymi akcesoriami. Klucze przekazał nam na miejscu pracownik BookingHost. Świetnym dodatkiem było również codziennie dostarczane śniadanie. :) Negative: Zdecydowanie apartamentowi przydałoby się odświeżenie. W kilku miejscach widać już ślady zużycia i drobne usterki. Doskwiera również brak klimatyzacji, gdyż mieszkanie bardzo się nagrzewa nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Należy również liczyć się z tym że okna mieszkania wychodzą na bardzo ruchliwą i głośną ulicę. Śniadanie było dość skromne, porcje były małe jak na dwie osoby.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Fatalny serwis pomimo wykupionego noclegu nie mogliśmy sie dostać do pokoju ... bo jedyny podany telefon nikt nie odbierał już przed 20.00 . Zapłacona noc spędziłiśmy w aucie , bo nie mial kto przekazać kluczy ( w takich sytuacjach awarajnych, musi byc jakiś dostępny telefon alarmowy). Dopiero o 10.00 rano dostaliśmy klucze, ale już cała doba hotelowa przepadła, śniadanie przepadło... a pieniędzy też nikt nie zwrócił.

    Positive: fantastyczna lokalizacja. blisko centrum, biur, restauracji, siłowni. dobrze zaaranżowane, słoneczne stylowe mieszkanie. mieszkanie znajduje się przy jednej z bardziej ruchliwych ulic w Warszawie. Negative: Mieszkanie było dla mnie trochę za głośne. głównie przez nieszczelne okno balkonowe, które mimo, że plastikowe z podwójnymi szybami przepuszczało dużo szumu z ulicy.
