Varsavia è una città accogliente, ti senti a casa. Piena di storia. Mi piace andarci.
Positive: Posizione fantastica, a un passo dalla città vecchia e dal Teatr Wielki, in pieno centro. La colazione viene consegnata ogni mattina e lasciata sul pianerottolo, senza svegliarti. In casa c'è tutto. Le dimensioni non sono grandi, ma in tre/quattro persone si sta benissimo. Devo tornare spesso a Varsavia e se dovessi trovarlo libero, prenoterò di nuovo questo appartamento. Negative: La mancanza di ascensore, come ho notato che accade spesso. La casa è al secondo piano, nulla di problematico, ma io avevo un piede rotto e ho avuto qualche difficoltà.

Positive: La ubicación, está en un sitio estratégico. El edificio tiene su encanto histórico pero hay obras en los pisos colindantes. Negative: El apartamento está situado en el interior de un patio y en un segundo piso sin ascensor (edificios antiguos) con una calle céntrica muy transitada y hay bastante ruido de coches por la noche. Cuando llegamos, el lavabo estaba atorado y hasta el día siguiente no lo arreglaron, cosa que nos podíamos haber evitado si lo hubieran revisado con anterioridad a nuestra llegada. El menaje de cocina era mínimo, sin estractor de humos ni microondas, algo normal en una cocina, y ni tan siquiera había servilletas o paño de cocina, apenas dos cucharitas de café (por ejemplo...). Y en el baño un solo rollo de papel higiénico para los 3 días (dos personas) y sin esterilla de ducha. En general todo muy parco y espartano. Nos dió bastante pena que se ahorrara en cosas tan básicas y tan baratas como poner un simple rollo de papel de cocina, por ejemplo, que es muy útil y no lo va a comprar el inquilino para 3 dias.

Historically very educational.
Positive: Location close to the old centre of Warsaw. Negative: Bathroom needs a serious clean-up. The sink doesn’t drain properly and gives a very foul smell!!! Probably the same applies to the shower. Nothing that a handyman couldn’t fix, if he’s prepared to suffer the smell. Try a chemical drain cleaner first!!!

Wygodne mieszkanie w samym centrum Starego Miasta.
Positive: Lokalizacja fantastyczna! Mieszkanie ma w zasadzie wszystko co potrzeba jeśli chodzi o sprzęty, byliśmy zima więc absolutnie poza jakimkolwiek sezonem i było bardzo cicho. Wygodny system odbioru kluczy. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy z tego obiektu ale raczej bez cateringu. Negative: Fajnie że jest ekspres do kawy, ale przydałyby się również do niego kapsułki, mało kto wozi ze sobą takie gadżety a kupowanie opakowania na 2dniowy pobyt nie ma sensu więc po prostu pełni on chyba głównie funkcje dekoracyjna. Poduszki do spania są już mocno zuzyte. Byliśmy w trzy osoby, więc jedna osoba spała na sofie, która była bardzo wygodna, ale w ogóle nie przygotowano nam pościeli, była w szafie do samodzielnego ubrania i pościelenia. Fajnie, że jest opcja cateringu śniadaniowego ale proponuję zmienić dostawcę bo są one dosyć słabe.

Despite the shortcomings, the apartment is worth the money
Positive: Perfect location, all needed facilities in place including washing machine, good kitchen. Works good even for a 1 week+ stay Negative: The cleaning is of poor quality, there was a lot of dust upon check-in, the dishes were not washed (they didn't even try to remove the traces of lipstick on the cups), there was mold in the bathtub (it's easy to get rid of it, it's enough to clean it with chemical products). By the way, I did not find the promised gift in the fridge, I hope that this happened only to me. I was in the apartments at the end of January, the air in the rooms was cool enough, despite the fact that the heaters were turned on to the maximum.

Appartement bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville Une bouteille nous attendait dans le frigidaire . Points négatifs : Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes, or un seul lit était prêt , et il n’y avait du linge de toilette que pour 2. Notre fils a dû dormir directement sur le canapé sans draps. Aucune couette ou oreiller prévus pour ce canapé . Le seul lit utilisable grince, il faudrait peut être resserrer les vis . La chasse d’eau ne fonctionne pas, elle se remplit au goutte à goutte Par ailleurs il y a une forte odeur de renfermé dans cet appartement , que nous avons essayé de faire disparaître en aérant mais peine perdue . Même nos vêtements laissés sur le fauteuil sont encore imprégnés en arrivant chez nous . Et sinon nous n’avons été livrés que samedi pour le petit déjeuner . Certes c’était copieux mais l’annonce parlait de livraisons les samedis dimanches et jours fériés . Aucune compensation possible car il aurait fallu que nous prenions des photos des manquements ( prendre en photo l’odeur d’humidité , de literie et linge manquants , de petit déjeuner non livré ) On touche à l’absurde . En bref, ne passez pas par ce genre de plate forme impersonnelle , ces gens n’ont jamais vu l’appartement et prétendent être aux petits soins pour leurs clients .

Positive: Location is great. Close to the old town and public transport. Easy check in process with the key box for late arriving guests. Breakfast left on the doorstep in the morning is a nice touch. Bottle of prosecco in the fridge Negative: I know it's probably out of the owners control but there's a strong musty smell in the apartment. Nice coffee machine in the kitchen but lack of coffee capsules so didn't use it at all. Milk and and more coffee sachets would be great as well. Pillows are lumpy and quite old, could do with replacing.

Nice (warm) spacious place in the heart of town
Positive: I loved the location and how easily accessible the apartment was. The place was spacious and very clean. I loved receiving a little breakfast package every morning! Negative: The fact that there was no AC or fan available in the apartment. This summer was exceptionally hot in Europe, I'd expect no AC equipped apartments to have fans for the guests... make sure they do before booking!

Lovely location and neat flat for two
Positive: Location is fantastic and, as with any inner city apartment, you get street noise, but okay with double-glazed windows closed at night. Negative: Only the sofa (bed) in the lounge - not very comfortable to sit on. Toilet seat moved around a bit and the tightening mechanism was worn out. A couple of light bulbs in lamps needed replacing (left them visible for the cleaner when we left, so hopefully they have been replaced for the next guest).

Positive: Óptima localização, apenas a uns 200 metros da praça do Palácio Real. Espaçoso e limpo, numa rua muito calma. Boa Kirchnette , água muito quente no chuveiro. We didn't meet anyone physically but the SMS message we received on time had all the information we needed to find the apartment. The apartment itself is in a great location, very close to the old town and many restaurants and pubs. It was perfectly clean, with all the necessary accessories and a well-equipped kitchen equipped with coffee and tea. All in all we had a great 5 day stay and we would rent it again in the future.

The apartment was above my expectations. It is nice and very clean. It is perfect for two persons, but it could fit up to four. We found coffee for the espresso machine and a bottle of water. The forniture is relatively new and the bed was comfortable. The position is excellent, 1 minute by walk from the Old Town. The host is very responsive, even at a late hour.
