Fantastic place to stay in Warsaw. Close to city centre and in the middle of old town. We travelled with small baby and it was helpful to leave stroller downstairs (there’s designated safe space). Apartment is very cosy but soooo spacious. Comfy beds. I felt like I’m at home. There’s lovely new coffe shop downstairs which is a huge bonus (Bella kafeteria). Will come back :))

Easy contact and infos from the host for check-in and check-out. Negative: Windows not well sealed: wind and cold sneaking in through the windows, heavy curtains, pillows and good heating made it not a problem. Bathroom slightly small, but all well equipped.

Lovely little place great location in the old town. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because there was limited cleaning products available. Only 2 dishwasher tablets and if your eating there you run out quickly. Also ran out of toilet paper so had to go buy some. Not much plates and cutlery etc. if more than 4 of us this would be an issue and also ment we had to put the dishwasher on more frequently. Otherwise really nice and comfortable

Great location, super stylish apartment!
Positive: The apartment is in a super location for the Warsaw Old Town. It is just tucked away enough to escape the main square and the hustle bustle and noise, but is close enough to be in walking distance of anywhere you might want to be. The pull down bed is a super versatile option for guests travelling in small groups, like we did! The decor is super stylish. Negative: The bathroom has a few small issues that the owner/renter could do with investigating. The drain for the shower was either clogged, or has not been installed correctly, as water was very slow to drain away. As the bathroom is actually a wet room, this might have the potential to impact others in your group wanting to use the toilet. The tap on the sink has also been damaged and not maintained over a period of time. The WiFi was really patchy and very very slow, but honestly, we spent only a little time using it, so this was a minor issue for us. Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear, but nothing at all major! Just average wear and tear that would be expected with short term lets of this type across many places! All of these issues were fairly minor (bathroom more an inconvenience than a major issue). I am sure that the owner/renter/management can easily resolve these issues with quick and easy solutions.

Positive: Location. Old town. We did the sightseeing on foot. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious and warm. The toiletries were nice. Overall the apartment was perfect for a family of 5 for a short stay. Negative: There could be a towel or a paper towel in the kitchen. A coffee maker was there, but no nearest grocery stores had capsules.

Old ONE-BEDROOM (!) apartment
Positive: Centric location, wifi, check-in process It took only 24 hours for the host to bring a fan to the extremely hot apartment. Negative: - it is a ONE-BEDROOM place, not two as the site says. The living room has a Murphy folding bed - the apartment doesn't have AC, so it gets extremely hot in summer and you cannot air the room at night because of the street noise - the apartment is very old, you can literally smell it, and the basic decoration with IKEA furniture fails to hide it - it is very noisy at night both from the street and the hallway, as neither the old windows, nor the thin door help - although advertised to have toiletries, there was NOT a single bar of soap to wash hands! For the first time with a booking.com rental, were we obliged to buy own soap, toilet paper, etc. - Although mostly clean, the apartment had stained curtains, bed-linen and matresses - the booking description said a continental breakfast was served every morning at the apartment, the agency that manages the rental also confirmed that in writing. In the end, there was NO promissed breakfast and the agency didn't even bother to compensate for their lie/mistake.

I do NOT recommend! I don't think it's possible to get rid of the smell.
Positive: Good location in the old part of the city. Negative: For a long time we could not get into the apartment because they gave us the wrong code from a lock box. We stood at the door for about an hour trying to call the owner and get the correct code. But the worst thing that awaited us in this apartment was the smell. It was impossible to get rid of it, we slept with the windows open and it did not help! It's a terrible nauseating smell that we couldn't get rid of. All clothes were soaked with it. We were told that it was a sewer smell, and that more water should be drained and everything would disappear. But not water, not special cleaning products, not fragrances did not help! There is no air conditioning in the apartment.

Positive: Интересное расположение, но побывав в Варшаве понял, что можно жить и в новой части, там все рядом в пешей доступности. Подземный паркинг в 10 минутах ходьбы. Negative: Код ящика от ключей, который пришёл при бронировании не подходил. Ждали 40 минут пока кто-то ответит по телефону и даст новый код. Квартира двухкомнатная, по сути не большая. Своих денег не стоит. Документы за проживание не дали.

Positive: Месторасположение просто идеальное, три минуты до старого города, рядом есть кафе, супермаркет. Очень чистенькая квартира с двумя комнатами, кухней и душевой. Да, это старый дом, со старой мебелью, но в этом имеется своя прелесть и шарм. Есть все необходимое, чистое белье, гели для душа, хороший wi fi. Negative: Шумоизоляция. Очень слышно что происходит и на лестнице и за окном. Ночью иногда ощущение, что спишь на улице)

The flat is a beautiful space, built in traditional Polish architectural style, with gorgeous flooring, large rooms, high ceilings and original features. It is beautifully tastefully furnished and comfortable, with mod cons and a powerful walk-in shower. We felt at home straight away. The location is perfect - right in the buzzy old town. Do consider that there is no lift and you can hear outside noise - though this did not bother me. You can hear horse-drawn carriages going by, which was just wonderful. The communication with the booking agency was not great, though when I did have contact the agents were very polite. I got the sense that this was a new flat on their books. I do recommend this as a fab place to stay, with an outstanding Old Town location, with so much to see within walking distance.
