Positive: Очень удобная и просторная квартира. В квартире было чисто, были чистые полотенца и постельное бельё. Много посуды и тремпелей. Тихий район, далеко от проезжей части, машины не мешают. Negative: Минусов нету.

So problem was solved quickly, but I would not have expected this kind of issue at all
Positive: As one of the goals of the journey was to meet our friend the location of the apartment was crusual to us - we lived the same house our friends do, so no commute time at all, awesome. We were provided with all the instructions beforehand, so there were no any problems with check-in, it went smooth. We were also allowed to leave our luggage inside before official check-in. The apartmnent is rather big, equiped with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. 10 mins of walk to reach the metro wich can bring you to the center in 20 mins. I would have rated it higher if not a one thing below... Negative: ... when we arrived to leave the luggage we found that the apartmnet was not cleaned at all - dirty towels, beds, toilet, bathroom, dirty floors - disgusting, also taking into an account I travelled with 2 small kids! First impression was that it might be ok as cleaning service wasn't able to reach the flat earlier. To be on the safe side I contacted the operating company and they said that the apartmnet must be cleaned already. OMG. I appreciate that they didn't leave me alone with the problem, I sent them pictures and they immediately responded that the cleaning service will come ASAP. And they kept their promise. When we returned from the friends in ~2 hours the apartment was cleaned in a proper way. So problem was solved quickly, but I would not have expected this kind of issue at all

Miejsce godne polecenia, na pewno będąc ponownie w Warszawie wynajmiemy to samo mieszkanie.
Positive: Świetna komunikacja do centrum, przystanek autobusowy oraz metra bardzo blisko apartamentu. Mieszkanie jest świetnie wyposażone, było w nim wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo ładny i przytulny wystrój. Cena bardzo zadowalająca, miejsce idealne na wyjazd ze znajomymi i na pewno wrócimy będąc następnym razem w Warszawie. Negative: No comment

Positive: No comment Negative: plama na kanapie, obita komoda, brudna ściana, odstająca listwa przy podłodze, gniazdko bez zabezpieczenia. Do tego właściciel wymaga podpisania dodatkowej umowy w języku angielskim z dodatkowymi karami, o których nie ma mowy w ofercie booking. W czasie pobytu właściciel zadzwonił i spytał czy mogę przez 3 godziny być w lokalu bo będzie przegląd instalacji lub czy na ten czas udostępnię lokal komuś kto pod moją nieobecność zajmie się tym przeglądem. Właściciel chyba powinien na czas przeglądu nie wynajmować lokalu, szczególnie że z informacji na klatce schodowej wynikało, że jest więcej niż jeden termin tych przeglądów

Everything was fine except internet connection from the beginning it was gone for 4 days, then after a week for 2 days, and then it seemed to be repaired but it disappeared every day but if you don't take this factor into account, everything is fine

The apartment is ok, its big and metro is close, if want to go other places. However there are some problems with cleanliness - we felt like, the bed was not changed, some dishes are dirty and very clogged sink. Also the communication is not best, there was internet outage and at first we didnt realize that host is not responding via airbnb and that we need to write emails.
