    The property's location, close to the city center yet peacefully distant from the old town's hustle was so nice. However, the box to get keys caused some difficulties, compounded by challenges in communicating with the host via customer support channels rather than direct contact. Despite initial frustrations, the box was able to open after multiple tries. Inside, the apartment comfortably accommodated two guests, with pleasing views from the windows. Regrettably, inadequate curtains failed to block sunlight effectively, leading to disrupted sleep after sunrise. Though diligent in caring for the apartment, receiving a reimbursement request for a purportedly broken table lamp was disheartening. We dispute this claim, as no damage occurred during our stay. Moreover, the requested reimbursement of 200zl for an item valued at approximately 40 - 50zl only felt like a scam.

  5. Definitely not worth such price...

    Positive: The location and the view. That is the only positive points. Negative: TV doesnt work and the issue was signaled few dozens of minutes after check in around 16h, nobody answered before the day after, no solution of the issue was purposed, nobody came to check the issue or even phone. It is obvious that they are already aware of that issue because its coming from the TV box that wasnt responding. This, and the cleanless of the appartment. Not very clean, tobacco smell, bed very straight with a hole in the middle, missing one of the bulb in one of the little lamp so only one is lighting, shower fixation broken... its totally doesnt worth that price even if the location is good and the view is nice. Its a scam, definitively.

    Positive: Близко к центру Negative: Кровать, чистота, еда, пытались собрать деньги за лампу :) По цене аренды квартиры Фото чистые, светлые, по факту все не так

    Positive: No comment Negative: W pokoju nie tylko łóżko nie działało prawidłowo, szafki na zdjęciach są piękne, ale tak naprawdę wszystko jest w fatalnym stanie, w mieszkaniu panował nieprzyjemny zapach, a w łazience nie było normalnego prysznica. Całe mieszkanie jest stare i zniszczone, od 20 lat nie było w nim remontu, mieszkanie nie jest warte nawet połowy pieniędzy, które za nie zapłacono.

    The good: They were flexible with check in Flat was nice looking Nice view from flat The bad: The fridge was broken and they made no noticeable effort to fix it. I contacted the host and they said they contacted a repairman but no one ever came. Thus, I had to store my groceries in the little freezer, which was half-working. The kitchen was not very well equipped, for example there was no proper chopping board, just a rectangular glass plate which was very uncomfortable to use. The windows had no blinds so it got very bright early in the morning. The place is noisy because of nearby tram station and closing windows didn’t solve the problem well enough for sleeping well. There was only one rather thin duvet and upon asking if there was another one (it was cold one night) I was told I had to pay for an extra duvet.

    Good staying! The position is great and the flat is comfortable. There is also a small kitchen and clothes washing machine. View from the 16th Floor is amazing! The only problem was the loud music from the pub on the top of the building which at night could be annoying.

    The place is amazing location, walkable distances. On 16th floor, which leads to amazing city view. On the other hand, the bed was not the best shape, it was cheap which leads breaking in the middle of the stay. It was fixed before, needs to be changed. The smell from the sewel was noticable and bath sink was clogged. Highly recommended for the air-conditioner as during the summer it is hard to sleep from the sound of the street and heat.

    Ein kleines Apartment auf der 16ten Etage eines Hochhaus, etwas veraltet, sehr sauber, sehr smart eingerichtet - doch es war alles da. Küche ausgestattet, kleines Bad mit mini Badewanne. Keine Klimaanlage, ein Ventilator. Ziemlich laut, obwohl so hoch. Nachts mussten die Fenster zu bleiben wegen Lärm - laute Strasse und viel Partys, doch darauf hat der Host keinen Einfluss:) Nett, sauber, klein, smart.

    Квартира затишна та відповідає фото. Однак вентиляція в середині майже не працює, тому влітку душно. Вентилятор не сильно допомагає, відкриті вікна теж. Локація помешкання дуже зручна, однак варто врахувати що вікна виходять на шумну дорогу та залізничні колії. Тому коли намагаєшся врятуватися від задухи будеш чути кожен звук з вулиці. Загально помешкання сподобалося, але хотілося би щоб власник вирішив питання з вентиляцією.

    Nice and clean appartment, well placed. Quiet so long you keep the windows closed, since it's on a busy avenue. Since the large window is facing south and there is no air conditionning, it may get terribly hot inside in summer. The thin curtains let the sun illuminate the room from 7 in the morning. Don't forget your eyes mask!
