    Positive: The apartment was really nice. Negative: The service of Booking Host was appalling. We couldnt leave the apartment for the 1st day of a 3 day trip to Warsaw because the door code didnt work. The host company, booking host didn't care. Only after 24 hours did Agata help us but without her it would have been a disaster. I have to say the propert owners were also appalling. They did not even try to help.

    Ottimo appartamento con mobilio ed elettrodomestici nuovissimi. Molto caldo, silenzioso ed accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Vicino al centro e raggiungibile facilmente con bus e tram. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Che altro dire se in futuro torneremo a Varsavia sarà nostra premura prenotarlo nuovamente.

  41. Krótki nocleg rodziny w centrum Warszawy.

    Positive: Fajne, przestronne mieszkanie z salonem z aneksem, dwoma sypialniami i łazienką. Lokalizacja blisko centrum, wiadomo że wiąże się z uciążliwym parkingiem. Jednak nam pasowało. Negative: Sprzątanie było "po łebkach". Łazienka spłukana, cała mokra. Podłoga brudna. Największym problemem był generalny remon całej klatki/galerii, który wiązał się z wierceniem non stop. Nie znalazłam żadnej informacji o tym. Cena też nie była obniżona. My zostawaliśmy na jedną noc, tylko przejazdem, więc nie problem. Ale współczuję komuś kto przyjechał sobie np. na 3 dni wypocząć. Wątpię że informują.

    Het appartement is ideaal gelegen om de oude stad (te voet) te bezoeken, er zijn mooie parken in de buurt. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers dus voldoende voor gezin van 4, badkamer is wel krap. Douche liep over en we konden maar geen contact maken met de verhuurder, het was telkens wachten tot daags nadien (via de app). We vroeger voor telefonisch contact, om communicatie te versnellen, maar dit is helaas niet gebeurt.

    Positive: The only positive thing about this property is central location, everything else was horrible Negative: We had the worst experience possible! There were no linen or towels when we arrived, I’ve texted property and asked for help, they made us wait until evening and then promised to deliver it later and said we can go out and they would leave it in front of door. We found out that we still had nothing at 12 AM, next day they just casually offered to give us some “cents” and never even mentioned they would help in any other way even tho we had to stay for one more day. House was dirty, probably wasn’t cleaned a week or two, there was construction going on it the yard and dirt was everywhere, nobody even bothered to give us heads up about it. This whole experience was the worst I have even had, I would not recommend anyone staying here. Booking.com support is also the worst, they don’t help in any way.

Od samego rana słychać głośne prace robotnicze uniemożliwiające sen, odpoczynek, otwarcie okna i przewietrzenie mieszkania, w którym było bardzo gorąco. Dodatkowo wszędzie w mieszkaniu był pył i kurz powodujący suchy kaszel. W łazience pleśń. Nie polecam.

Negative: E' stato davvero difficile accedere all'appartamento, le indicazioni fornite non erano abbastanza chiare da permettere l'accesso con facitità. La porta di ingresso al palazzo era difettata quindi siamo rimaste al freddo per una mezz'ora, contattato l'host più volte ma il numero a disposizione era sempre impossibilitato a ricevere chiamate.

    Positive: Ребят, кто на визу летит в посольство США, это лучшее расположение, цена высока, но вы в пяти шагах. Рядом есть печать документов, на всякий случай. Мы прилетели ночью, заселились без проблем. В квартире уютно и просторно. Погулять можно аккуратно по центру, все близко. Мы готовили покушать в квартире, все условия для этого созданы. Спасибо хозяевам квартиры. Negative: У нас был включен завтрак, его поставили в покетах возле входа, но мы совсем забыли про него. Птицы прилетели в поклювали еду))) Следите за своим завтраком)

    Positive: Great location: close to busstop, supermarkets, restaurants. Walk to Old Town about half an hour. The double beds were comfortable, enough storagespace for your clothes, kitchen was fully equiped, great shower. The appartement looks brand new! Negative: The only big downside were the curtains: they gave some privacy, but didn't keep the light out. Also could the appartement provide a few more lemonade glasses.

Breakfast was ok but an included breakfast in an apartment stay is already a win in my books. Negative: The floors were not washed. our youngest child likes to lie around on the floor so we had to wash the floors which were filthy!
