    I had an utterly disastrous experience with this Airbnb host in Warsaw, and I feel compelled to share my frustration and disappointment with fellow travelers. To put it simply, this was by far the worst Airbnb experience I've ever had, and I want to ensure that others avoid this host at all costs. My ordeal began when I arrived in Warsaw after an exhausting journey. I had booked a studio through Airbnb, hoping for a smooth and comfortable stay. However, my expectations were shattered within moments of arrival. Upon reaching the provided address, I was shocked to find the studio already occupied by another guest. The inconvenience and frustration this caused cannot be overstated. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact the host were met with complete indifference and disregard for my predicament. Despite repeated calls and messages, the host remained unresponsive. It was as if they had vanished into thin air, leaving me out in the cold (both literally and figuratively).

  21. Extremely clean, big and comfortable flat

    Positive: The flat is particularly big, extremely clean and comfortable. The location is slightly far from the city center, but well connected by public transport and in a nice building. Negative: The first day my breakfast was not delivered and I had to look for an alternative. From the second day on, I did not encounter such a problem anymore. The hot water was not running hot enough depending on the time of the day (i.e., early in the morning; in the evenings everything was normal). This was not a major problem, but not as pleasant as it could've been. Nevertheless, how comfortable and clean all was is definitely worth it and I would repeat.

  23. Kompletna porażka

    Positive: No comment Negative: Oferta zainteresowała nas tylko ze względu na przynależące do pokoju miejsce parkingowe. Niestety po wejściu do pokoju okazało się, że nie ma pilota do parkingu i o godz. 21 musieliśmy błądzić po Warszawie i szukać miejsca. Nikt z obsługi nawet nie raczył odpisać na wiadomość, a była wysłana przed 21. Rano skontaktowałam się z obsługą i niestety zostaliśmy potraktowani kompletnie olewająco. Dowiedziałam się, że mogę sobie znaleźć płatny parking i oddadzą nam za płatność. Kompletna porażka. Wykonałam trzy telefon z czego za każdym razem słyszałam, że nikt w ten weekend nie pracuje a Pani nie umiała znaleźć innego rozwiązania sytuacji, co więcej parking, który zapropnowała był nieczynny. Po trzeciej dość ostrej rozmowie i prośbie, że po godzinie 13 wychodzimy i proszę żeby sprawa została załatwiona (samochód stał około 15 minut od obiektu i nawet nie wiedzieliśmy czy w miejscu do tego dozwolonym) do wymeldowania do godziny 11 następnego dnia nawet nikt się z nami nie skontaktował. Nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak żenującym podejściem do gościa. Gdyby cokolwiek stało się weekend to nie zostanie udzielona żadna pomoc, bo „biuro nie pracuje”. Nie polecam nikomu kto planuje weekendowy wyjazd do Warszawy. Nerwy po ponad 3 godzinnej podróży, niezadowolona i opryskliwa Pani Agata na infolinii oraz brak parkingu (który jest zapisany w ofercie).

    The apartment was amazing and the breakfasts were awesome. Everything about the apartment, near to supermarkets and comfort were 10/10. The only difficulty was finding the entrance and having clear instructions from the bus station to the apartment. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest metro,but overall a good place to stay if you don't have a car. It's probably perfect if you are driving, location-wise.

    Positive: Śniadania skromne dostarczane pod drzwi w formie lunchbox na przemian 1 dzień - 2 plasterki szynki 2 plasterki salami 4 mini pomidory 2 plasterki sera żółtego kosteczka masła butelka 300ml. soku 2 kromki chleba 2 dzień - jogurt płatki owsiane mus owocowy rogalik na słodko soczek dżemik. Negative: Apartament usytuowany na przeciw kolejnego budynku (ok. 30m) widok to ściana z z mnóstwem balkonów i okien brak prywatności tzn. okna w pokoju zasłaniane grubą kotarą nie przepuszczającą światła jeżeli w ciągu dnia zasuniesz kotarę to ciemno i trzeba używać światła sztucznego a jak odsłonisz to sąsiedzi z naprzeciwka patrzą co porabiasz w mieszkaniu a wystarczyło by powiesić cieniutką firankę i sprawa była by rozwiązana. W łazience mała ilość kosmetyków dla dwóch osób (5 dni) pojemnik na mydło w płynie (przy umywalce) był wypełniony do 1/4 pojemności pod prysznicem brak kosmetyków na umywalce znajdowały się dwie jednorazówki - żele do kąpieli i 1 mydełko trochę mało jak na 5 dniowy pobyt.

    Positive: Квартира повністю відповідала опису на фото. Ідеальна кімната для комфортного відпочинку. Стилно, зручно, зі смаком. Дуже зручне ліжко. Negative: Я проживала 5 днів в цьому помешканні. Була лише 1 капсула для посудомийки. Не було капсул для пральної машинки. І лише 1 рулон туалетного паперу. Здивована.

  89. A stay in a well appointed modern apartment marred by unresponsive hosting support.

    Positive: Varsovia Comfort 343 is a modern, spacious apartment in a good location with excellent amenities including full kitchen with utensils and a washing machine . With the exception of some linens, the apartment was neat and clean upon arrival. The First Floor Restaurant offered an excellent buffet style full breakfast. The location was convenient to public transit to travel to both outlying and in-town locations. The were (limited) walkable restaurants and shopping nearby. Negative: What could have been an excellent visit was marred by minor but annoying issues that were never addressed by the host during our stay. Linens for the sofa bed including pillow cases appeared to have been cleaned, but were stained with what may have been blood. The king bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was not and my adult son ended up sharing the king bed with me. When fully extended, the sofa bed also blocked access to the kitchen. The front door knob was not properly secured and repeatedly fell off in the hallway when we were in the apartment. The drain in the handicapped accessible shower was insufficient and the entire bathroom floor was flooded the first time it was used. This was remedied by using bath towels as a dam for subsequent showers. The air conditioning worked intermittently and the apartment was often uncomfortably hot during the early June heat wave. There was an infestation of silver fish (insects) in the kitchen. The hosting service was notified of each of these issues, but none were properly resolved before our departure.
