  11. Lovely appartment, big enough for a family of four or five.

    Positive: Perfect location ( in the middle of the old town). Fully equipped kitchen ( we didn’t use it but it looks good). Easy communication with the host. Shower gel, soap , toilet rolls, tea, coffee and dishwasher tables were provided. Plenty of fresh towels and bedding was provided. Negative: The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift so if you have some mobility problems it might not be for you. We were fine. No blinds in the bedroom , just curtains which do not keep early sun out completely.

    Apartment is just as described in pictures. The street is very pretty and nice, within the old town, we’ll-located and easy to get around in the city with public transport and walking. The apartment has nice views as well. The check in instructions were also very easy to follow. Overall highly recommend. It is on the fourth or fifth floor of a building so maybe something that might be a problem for some people.

    Positive: Really nice place in town, an autenthic apartment with a nice view. Clear instructions for check-in. Negative: One set of needed bedsheets was missing (only four complects were ready out of five). Shower set was not working properly. Shower gel bottle inside the shower was empty. Radiator constantly made noises in the room with a fireplace. Some places in apartment were really dusty.

    Positive: Location, location, location Negative: We arrived on a cold night staying for 5 nights,to find the heating did not work as radiators were full of air and making very very loud banging noises, notified hosts but they did not sort it, luckily it got milder. The apartment and linens were very clean but the duvets and pillows were shockingly dirty.

    Positive: Good location Negative: We stayed for 4 nights, two of which the hot water in the entire apartment wasn’t working. Despite contacting the owners this wasn’t rectified which was very disappointing especially given the price, and seriously affected our time in otherwise beautiful city.

    Positive: Уютная и чистая каратира. Всё заявленное в наличии. Да, это высокий этаж бел лифта, но зато шикарные виды Negative: * К стиральной машине не было капсул или порошка. Это очень неудобно. К посудомоечной машине одна капсула была; * Пульт от камина не работал, надо было переключать кнопками под панелью снизу.

    Positive: Прекрасное расположение, уютно, удобно. Нам разрешили заселиться раньше положенного времени, за что огромное спасибо. Да, на 5м этаже, но это не столь критично. Были зимой в мороз, квартира теплая (иногда было даже слишком жарко). Negative: К сожалению, замок в ванной комнате сломан, дверь не закрывалась. Там же было очень жарко, жар радиатора изменить не получалось.

Byl problem z dostarczeniem jej. Łóżka nie były przygotowane. Podrzucili pościel po trzykrotnym kontakcie z naszej strony. Brak papieru toaletowego. Średnio czysto. Apartament nie był dla nas przygotowany. Przy wejsciu wypadla klamka. Nie jest to dobre miejsce dla grupy. Pomieszczenia niby do spania, przy kuchni i toalecie, bez okien, zupelnie nie nadaje sie do spania. Nie dziala telewizor. Kominek oczywiście tez nie. Nie polecam :(

In the old town there were numerous road closures so most of the time I had to walk a bit to be able to get an Uber. And to return I kept being denied an Uber. Nie mniej w tej cenie i klasie apartamentów standardem jest wyposażenie kuchni w sól, cukier, pieprz i RĘCZNIKI PAPIEROWE bez których ciężko utrzymać czystość w kuchni. Był ekspres do kawy, ale bez kapsułek więc albo chociaż symbolicznie po jednej na gościa albo po prostu zabrać.

Bo nie. xD Pan na infolinii bookinghost trochę nieogarnięty, podawał mi cenę za dobę wyższą niż ja miałem po zniżce Genius, a 15minut przed zamknięciem biura już nie odbierał telefonu :P

  193. Beautiful, modern & comfortable apartment in a superb location

    Positive: Everything else was perfect, especially the location. The entrance is just along from The Barbekan & a few metres away from Old Town square. NB however that if you Have mobility issues or heavy luggage, you have to access the apartment by climbing 80+ stone steps; we were obviously aware by its name that it would be on the top floor but just not just how many steps as my husband has poor mobility. It was very clean, warm & tastefully decorated. The kitchen facilities including a gas hob were efficient & easy to use. There is a large fridge with a small ice box compartment. The bathroom was small but it had a deep bath, rainfall shower & there was a constant supply of hot water. The free WiFi had a strong, reliable signal. It was warm when we visited so we didn't need to use the electric fire, controlled by remote control. We also did not use the dishwasher or washing machine during our stay. The whole building is very quiet & it is located within a very peaceful part of Old Town I would have rated our stay as a 10 if it were not for the bed issue & the issue mentioned below. I took lots of photos but the photos already shown for this apartment on this website are very realistic so I have only added one of the pretty entrance light. Negative: Unfortunately, the double bed broke on our 2nd night as 2 support rods had not been placed under a weak beam. The owner got this repaired as soon as we'd reported it but it was very traumatic when it happened, especially as we'd only been stationary, very still & sleeping at the time it snapped in 2 & all the slats fell out from under us

    The apartment was awesome! Great location, clean and tidy with good amenities. Just be aware there are 10 flights of stairs to walk up with heavy suitcases and no elevator. It's OK for me as I am fit, but anybody with accessibility issues will have a problem. Unfortunately, the communication with the host was non-existent until after we arrived at the door and I was able to get through on the supplied phone number. I had previously been trying to confirm check-in details 2 days prior to arrival. I received one reply to my initial booking request, after that my Air BnB app messages were not responded to and the supplied phone number was turned off or disconnected. It was lucky I reached him after arrival. We were about to go and book a hotel... I do reccommend the apartment and location, however the lack of comminication made for a bad experience to begin with. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and the location was a 30 second walk to the old town square for Christmas market Ice Skating ⛸️🎄

    Wow wow wow! This apartment...is amazing. The location is right between Rynek and Barbakan. Close walking distance to everything you want and need to see in Old Town [and by that I mean 2-4 minutes walking], and also close to parking if you need that. The apartment itself is HUGE and can sleep a lot of people if need be. Check in was smooth and the hosts were awesome and communicative. I can't wait to stay here again!
