Parkland Homely Green Studio is located in one of the most prestigious districts of Warsaw - Mokotów. In the vicinity of the apartment, there are extensive green areas such as Park Morskie Oko, Park Promenada, Park Szustrów, Pole Mokotowskie, and Łazienki Królewskie, which are popular among sports and recreation enthusiasts as they offer numerous cycling and walking paths, jogging trails, and outdoor gym. These are also perfect places for outdoor relaxation. The apartment is surrounded by many tourist attractions worth visiting, such as the Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the Polish People's Republic, the Geological Museum, and the Iluzjon Cinema. The area is full of shops (Żabka, TopMarket, Carrefour Express), various restaurants and cafes, entertainment venues, and service points. The location of the apartment facilitates easy movement around the city due to numerous bus and tram stops (Spacerowa, Dolna, Dworkowa, Morskie Oko).
Parkland Homely Green Studio features a cozy living room with a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free WiFi, cable TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, electric stove, toaster, kettle, and kitchen accessories.

Szanowny Олександр Bardzo przepraszamy za zaistniała sytuację. W naszym systemie wystąpił błąd i do gości były wysyłane nieprawidłowe komunikaty dotyczące sposobu wejścia do mieszkania. Problem został rozwiązany i obecnie komunikat jest bezproblemowy, a zameldowanie przebiega bezproblemowo. Oczywiście otrzyma Pan zwrot za niewykorzystany nocleg.
