Numerous parks and green areas make it an excellent place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is situated in a peaceful neighborhood with direct access to a forest park and close proximity to the city bypass, which also serves as the S8 and A2 routes. Nearby, there is no shortage of interesting attractions. Particularly noteworthy is the Babice airport, where various cultural events are organized, and Fort Bema, where you can find charming cafes and a rope park. It's also worth visiting the nearby IMKA Theater. Less than 1.5 kilometers from the apartment is the Military University of Technology - an ideal location for students attending this institution. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find various shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The location of the apartment facilitates easy movement around the city due to the numerous bus and tram stops (Osiedle Górczewska, Narwik).
