The estate is very well connected to the left-bank Warsaw thanks to its location between the Grota-Roweckiego and Północny bridges. Nearby, there are extensive green areas that will satisfy sports and recreation enthusiasts. Along the Wisła river, one of the more interesting cycling routes is currently being developed, and a bit further away is the picturesque Żerański Canal, where water sports can be practiced. On the other side of the Wisła, the Bielański Forest and Kampinos National Park encourage active individuals to go for hikes and walks. Within a short distance from the apartment, there are numerous public transportation stops. The area around the apartment is still developing dynamically, with new commercial and service premises continuously emerging. One of the advantages of the apartment's location is its close proximity to the Galeria Północna shopping mall.
