In the vicinity of the apartment, there are extensive green areas such as Morskie Oko Park, Promenada Park, Szustrów Park, Pole Mokotowskie, and Łazienki Królewskie, which are popular among sports and recreation enthusiasts as they offer numerous biking and walking paths, jogging trails, as well as outdoor fitness areas. These are also perfect places to relax outdoors. The apartment is surrounded by many tourist attractions worth visiting, such as the Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the PRL, Geological Museum, or Iluzjon Cinema. The area is full of shops (Żabka, TopMarket, Carrefour Express), various restaurants and cafes, entertainment venues, and service points. The location of the apartment facilitates easy movement around the city due to numerous bus and tram stops (Dworkowa, Spacerowa) and metro stations (Racławicka, Pole Mokotowskie).
