The apartment is situated in a modern building in a peaceful area with direct proximity to Fort Bema, where you'll find charming cafes and a rope park, as well as a playground. Additionally, the fort is surrounded by greenery, making it a pleasant place for a stroll and relaxation. For sports enthusiasts, it's worth visiting the nearby Pingwin swimming pool, the OSIR Bemowo sports hall, and the shooting range.
