The apartment is situated in a peaceful neighborhood with direct proximity to a forest park and easy access to the city's ring road, which is also the S8 and A2 route. There are plenty of interesting attractions nearby, such as Babice Airport, where various cultural events are organized, and Fort Bema, where charming cafes and a rope park can be found. It's also worth visiting the nearby IMKA Theater. Less than 1.5 kilometers from the apartment is the Military University of Technology, making it an ideal location for students attending this institution. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The apartment's location facilitates easy movement around the city due to numerous bus and tram stops (Osiedle Górczewska, Narwik).
