The location is not everything
Positive: The position of the apartment, literally in front of the metro station and all the public transport, even if taxis are pretty affordable so the good position may be a plus but is not crucial. The district is residential and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. And these are the only good ones for this stay. Negative: We found dirt and dust almost everywhere on the furniture. We were in the kitchen only to eat a yoghurt and it was enough to avoid any meal there. Anyway, with the cheapest cutlery and the dirtiest and encrusted pans I have seen ever, cooking something was more a challenge than an option. The bed sheets were so-so and the second bathroom had a "pleasant" smell of sewage. Moreover, all the TVs did not work: for one the remote control had no batteries inserted (come on...) and the second TV had no remote control at all. Of course, we didn't plan to watch the TV, but I expect to have all the amenities working for what I'm paying for. Last but not least, despite quick communication with the property, requests for a later check-out or even bag storage were denied even if no bookings were made on that day as confirmed with the property manager over the phone, highlighting a lack of flexibility. I understand that money comes first, but flexibility and understanding are beneficial for the hospitality business.

Positive: Bardzo przyjemny, przestronny apartament w ścisłym centrum W-wy. Umeblowanie oszczędne, ale całkiem ciekawe (widać, że właściciel lubi design minionych lat). Moim zdaniem nic więcej nie potrzeba, żeby w przyjaznych warunkach przenocować. Klucze dostępne na miejscu w skrzynce z kodem, nie trzeba nigdzie po nie jeździć. W pobliżu świetna piekarnia z tradycyjnie przygotowywanym pieczywem i Żabka (ratująca życie w niedzielę). Jeśli komuś nie przeszkadza hałas opon samochodowych pokonujących tory tramwajowe, to nawet się wyśpi. Negative: Moim zdaniem zamek w drzwiach wejściowych do apartamentu należałoby zmienić na bardziej wytrzymały.

Leider waren viele Möbel abgewöhnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stecker der Lampen waren schlecht, das Kabelinnere war Sichtbar. Im Schlafzimmer funktionierte die Deckenlampe teilweise nicht, hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Einrichtung nicht sehr modern. Die Tapete lösten sich. Die Schiebetüren wirkten sehr wackelig, wir hatten Angst dass unser Kleinkind sich da verletzen kann. Keine Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier ect für eine Woche für 5 Leute nicht ausreichend. Geschirrspültabs nur eins vorhanden. Salz Pfeffer Zucker haben wir dann alles gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen. Ein paar Teebeutel und Zuckerstangen waren in der Küche allerdings vorhanden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde im Haus unten renoviert, Fahrstuhl öfters von Bauarbeitern besetzt und dazu Baulärm tagsüber. Beim check in gab es Probleme mit dem Türschloss. Innerhalb von etwas über einer Stunde wurde ein Schlüssel gebracht.
