Positive: Lage sehr gut. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Negative: Beschreibung des Zugangs zur Wohnung hätte etwas detaillierter sein können: welche Tür nach der Eingangstür, welcher Schlüssel zur Wohnung (es waren zwei zur Auswahl), welches Schloss an der Tür (das obere oder das untere). Erst nach ein paar Versuchen hat es geklappt. Trotzdem 10 Punkte von 10 möglichen.

Be sure to arrive without being tired, and have a clear mind to identify the location of the unit. Take the less obvious stairway... the one not identified with instructions. Do your laundry beforehand, as it does NOT have a drying machine as advertised. For these minor inconveniences I was given a nice discount.

Pobyt super udany, przedstawienie w Teatrze "6 piętro" na najwyższym poziomie, atrakcje Warszawy ok.
Positive: Bardzo fajnie i nietypowo wyposażony apartament, wiele nieoczywistych, ale ciekawych rozwiązań. Super pomyślane oświetlenie i rewelacyjnie urządzona łazienka. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Dużo miejsca w szafach. Naprawdę jest wszystko co potrzeba, nawet w przypadku dłuższego pobytu. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do przystanków MZK (autobusy i metro), doskonała baza wypadowa do atrakcji Warszawy, w najbliższej okolicy różnorakie lokale oraz sklepy. Jednym słowem nic dodać nic ująć. Negative: Jedyne zastrzeżenie, że na zdjęciach pokazana jest dwupiętrowa elewacja kamienicy, w której usytuowany jest apartament i dopiero tuż przed terminem przyjazdu przyszła informacja, w której m.in. wskazano, że apartament mieści się na 3 piętrze. Wynika to oczywiście ze specyficznej konstrukcji kamienicy i faktu, że od strony podwórka są cztery kondygnacje (3 piętra). Szkoda, że takiej info nie było wcześniej. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego apartamentu osobom ze schorzeniami narządu ruchu, ponieważ kondygnacje są naprawdę wysokie i powrót po bogatym programie zwiedzania nie jest taki lekki. Jeszcze jedno małe zastrzeżenie, być może była dłuższa przerwa w zakwaterowaniu, albo ekipa sprzątająca niedostatecznie wyczyściła kratkę odpływu w kabinie natryskowej, ale przez pierwsze dni naszego pobytu czuć było w łazience nieprzyjemny zapach, pomimo pozostawiania otwartych drzwi. I na koniec całkowity brak elastyczności firmy zarządzającej apartamentem w zakresie możliwości przedłużenie doby hotelowej, nawet na chociażby 2 godz. (odpowiedź była jedna: można wykupić kolejną dobę hotelową).

Honesty I have no negative points about my stay, everything was how it was shown on the listing. Clean, useful and comfortable. The 'cherry on the cake' was the location, it was right on a beautiful main street full of restaurants and cafes and a short walk from everything in the centre of Warsaw.

一開始要進門不太會，搞了很久，最後是路人幫助了我們，非常感謝。 我和先生都很喜歡這個公寓，鬧中取靜，地點好，傢俱設備很齊全。感謝booking 及時的回覆。
Positive: 1.房子很乾淨、舒適，低調奢華，廁所很大很舒服。 2. 簡易廚房的設備都很新很好。 3. 在最上面一層樓很安靜，雖然沒有冷氣但是大樹的遮蔭讓人感覺很舒適，有時候還有鳥叫的聲音，鬧中取靜。 4. 房屋所在地點非常好，位於新世界街的中央，走到樓下就可以用餐，附近要搭uber也很方便，離老城區也很近，走路就可以到達。 Negative: 1. 沒有電梯，只能走樓梯，還好行李不太多，每天當作健身慢慢走上去。 2. 沒有冷氣。

Everything about this Airbnb was great. Great location, clean and spacious bathroom. One downside was very loud and frequent police/ambulance sirens, day and night. It's on the top floor and there is no elevator so you must be able to climb 60 plus steps. We're happy no pets were allowed in this apartment because my wife has allergies, and pets can make a place smelly and dirty.

3 kat ve asansör yoktu..klima yoktu..dış kapı ve bina içi kapı şifresi 20-2046 yazılmış ,iki rakam arasında anahtar tuşlaması belirtilmemiş 1 saat boyunca giremedim çok zor oldu ,tesadüf bir hanımefendi acıdı ve şifresini verdi,bu konuyu bookinghosta mesajla anlatamadım,şifre konusu biraz daha açıklamalı yazılırsa iyi olur:))

Ставлю одну звезду за довольно неприятную ситуацию, на третий день моего проживания с семьей, в квартиру утром без предупреждения пришло трое человек. Открыли своим ключом и просто вломились, менять счетчик на воде, перекрыли вода пока я был в душе, мы не говорим по-польски, по этому когда я вышел, и более грубо спросил почему они не предупредили, просто начали извинятся, не объяснив ничего внятного. Так что бронируя эти апартаменты, имейте ввиду что с приватностью здесь проблемы.
