    Esta empresa tiene fatal comunicación y atención con sus clientes. Ni siquiera llegué a entrar al apartamento porque las llaves no estaban en la caja. Estuve durante gran parte de la noche y el día siguiente llamándoles y enviándole correos y no contestaban. Tuve que buscarme otro alojamiento a las 2 de la mañana después de estar esperando bastante tiempo a que respondieran. Solo “contestan” el teléfono de 8 am a 9 pm pero en realidad te dejan en espera aunque llames entre esas horas. Un vecino nos ayudó haciendo llamadas para intentar contactar con ellos y tampoco lo consiguió. Me alojaba durante dos noches y Airbnb tuvo que cancelar la estancia a la primera noche, ya que no contestaban. Aun viendo que estaba cancelado, esta empresa ni se preocupó por nosotros. Lo dicho, fatal gestión con los huéspedes.

    Bardzo dobre mieszkanie, gustownie wykończone. Ładna klatka schodowa, nowa winda, bez problemu można znaleźć wejście (klatka środkowa), blisko biedronka, piekarnia hala mirowska. Do dworca około 15-20 minut pieszo. Największy plus mieszkania to lokalizacja, widok z okien i piłkarzyki.

    Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura accogliente e calda. La comunicazione con l’host è stata molto buona, la pulizia anche era buona con un’unica pecca per la polvere presente sotto il divano. Per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, i bambini hanno apprezzato i giochi e il tavolo biliardino. Siamo stati molto bene!

    Tardamos mas de una hora en localizar la ubicacion del domicilio, tras localizarlo resulta que el portal no era el indicado, metiamos el codigo de entrada autonomo y no habia acceso, llamamos a la chica y decia que ella no venia, que insertaramos el codigo, tras preguntarle a un ciudadano de la tienda cercana nos comenta que le habia pasado con mas clientes y que era otro portal, el nos acompañó y recibimos las indicaciones, 4 horas despues nos llega el correo de la chica indicandonos que posiblemente ese portal no era el indicado y que era otro… Pesimo, el suelo sucio, lleno de polvo y olia un poco mal a humedad

    We had a nice stay here. We were with 7 people and found everything as described. The place was clean and spacious. Check in in was easy and also the area is nice. If you are with more people maybe one bathroom is sometimes a bit tough but we didn’t mind and would definitely come back ☺️

    el apartamento estaba bien de tamaño y su ubicación era perfecta,pero no estaba muy limpio,los colchones,sobre todo el de la cama de matrimonio era muy malo,nos faltaron toallas y el mando de la cisterna del baño estaba roto. Creo que es un buen alojamiento,pero necesita una puesta a punto

    Good location. Wonderful view from windows. Large apartment, it was enough place for 7 peoples. The kitchen had everything we needed. And it was warm floor in the bathroom 👍🏻 But some of the furniture was really old, specifically big table.

  49. The flat is nice, but bedding was missing and poor communication

    Positive: The flat is neat, it is quite central and could accommodate well 7 people in terms of space. It was easy to collect the keys and the instructions were clear. Negative: I booked and paid for the flat for 8 people for 2 nights, but when we arrived there was bedding only for 4 people. We called and were promised that someone will bring it, however, it did not happen. We called again and I wrote an email, but there was no answer. In the end, some of us had to sleep on the sofas without any bed linens and we only received them the second day, after we called again. My messages on booking and SMS were left unanswered. This was extremely inconvenient and we did not even receive an apology. Additionally, while the flat is overall ok, there was a lot of dust behind the sofa and there are family photos on the walls, which are a strange choice for a rented flat.

    zacznę od plusów, ładne przestronne mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. super lokalizacja i klimat mieszkania. standard też bardzo fajny. naprawdę mogłoby to być bardzo przyjemne miejsce do spędzania weekendu. Ale jest jedno duże ale i jest to czystość a raczej jej brak. Musieliśmy po przyjeździe posprzątać np. podłogi czy łazienkę bo było brudno (mam zdjecia) dodatkowo nie działała zmywarka gdzie stały brudne spleśniałe naczynia. A na dodatek pojawiły się również mrowki więc całe pierwsze pozytywne wrażenie prysło. Na końcu warto dodać ze gospodarz nie odpowida na żadne prośby, pytania zgłoszenia problemów. Bardziej sensowny kontakt zaczyna się po eskalacji tematu z Airbnb. Podsumowując fajne mieszkanie w fajnym miejscu z duzym potencjalem ale z kiepskim standardem czystości (a nie jestem super wymagajacy) i z kontaktem z gospodarzem na poziomie zero co burzy jakikolwiek pozytywny odbiór mieszkania.
