    Mieszkanie w dobrym standardzie. Czyste. Dużym minusem był brak możliwości skorzystania z parkingu podziemnego - nie działał pilot. Dzwoniłem dwukrotnie na infolinię i spędziłem po 20 minut ale nikt nie odebrał.

    Positive: Wyposażenie Negative: Pilot do bramy wjazdowej nie działał. Musiałam czatowac az ktoś inny ją otworzy. Na parkingu sąsiadka z klatki widząc na jakim numerze staje. Podeszła i w bardzo nieprzyjemny sposób zaatakowała mnie słownie mówiąc ze mam posprzątać śmieci z wycieraczki mieszkania 63 bo notorycznie tam leżą i śmierdzą. Pani nie chciała słuchać że dopiero co wynajełam i nic na ten temat nie wiem. Po wejściu na górę faktycznie na wycieraczce leżały śmieci. W szafie zbity kieliszek Pani z telefonicznej obsługi klienta nie wykazała się pomocą. W sprawie pilota chciała żebym zeszła na dół i nagrała filmik przy bramie udowadniając że pilot nie działa (szok) A w sprawie wyjazdu mialam z parkingu mam udać się do ochrony. Śmieci podsumowała stwierdzeniem ze zapewne cytuje "pewnie jakiś sąsiad podrzucił" Kiedy zapytałam o rekompensatę za niedogodności zaproponowała zwrot kosztów parkingu na ulicy (weekend strefa jest darmowa) Dodatkowo wynajmowałam dla 4 osob. Mieszkanie było uszykowane pod dwie osoby. Mimo idealnego dla mnie umiejscowienia i fajnych warunków w środku więcej nie skorzystam.

[PL]Wynająłem dla mojej rodziny około 5 lub 6 różnych mieszkań w Kolskiej i okolicach i to jest najlepsze, jakie znalazłem. Pełna kuchnia, wygodne i przestronne łóżko, ogromna sofa... wszystko, żeby odpocząć i poczuć się dobrze, jak w domu. [EN] I have rented for my family about 5 or 6 different apartments in and around Kolska and this is the best one I have found.     Mieszkanie miało wszystko to co potrzebne na krótki przyjazd, czysto i przestrzennie, a kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. Lokalizacja również dobra, spacerkiem można dość do Galerii Handlowej Arkadia, ale również w 15 min można się dostać do centrum tramwajem, do przystanku mieliśmy dosłownie kilka min pieszo. Apartament znajduje sie na strzeżonym osiedlu, ciszy i porzadku pilnuje ochroniarz. Jedynie ciężko było znaleźć odpowiedni budynek, jest ich dużo dookoła wiec fajnie jakby była dołączona mapka, bądź instrukcja jak dojść do mieszkania. Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić te miejsce.

    Positive: Сама квартира отличная, но грязь испортила все впечатление Negative: По приезду оказалось, что в квартире не убрано. Грязная душевая, раковина, грязный пол. Пришлось долго звонить на букинг. Все обещали убору через 15 минут. Заселились мы в 16:00, а уборка приехала в 20:35. По итогу весь вечер, который мы хотели посвятить встрече и прогулке, пришлось посвятить ожиданию уборки. Букинг заверил, что нам вернут часть денег, но ничего так и не вернули.
